ALL IN ONE SOFTWARE SEMA3 supports all recording types made by SCHILLER devices and facilitates your analysis of the data and waveforms with intuitive tools. Be it resting ECGs or ergometry, you have got the overview on all recordings made for a patient. INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY SEMA3 is based on simple workflows. The user is guided through work processes step by step and can therefore complete these processes with just a few clicks. Since only the necessary features are displayed for each workflow, the operation is extremely user friendly. CODED STATEMENTS SEMA3 uses code-based statements and stores it in the database. This allows to search for recordings with specific acronyms as well for specific measurement values for research reasons. SAVING TIME AND MONEY You can print the recordings in diagnostic quality on a conventional printer. Centralised storage increases data safety and storage efficiency and improves sustainable data administration. LOWER ERROR RATE Manual data entries can be minimised thanks to the easy connection with the HIS and EMR. Worklists as well as patient data can be accessed on the (mobile) devices, which relieves the user and lowers the error rate. EMR AND HIS SEMA3 can conveniently be integrated into an existing HIS or EMR system, for example by means of the HL7 standard. Data saved in SEMA3 can therefore simply be accessed and viewed from the EMR/HIS system. Patient Import and Order Import as well as Results or Waveform Exports are also ensured. DICOM AND PACS SEMA3 recordings can be exported in the DICOM format and saved in a PACS archive. SEMA3 also supports the DICOM modality worklist functionality and is therefore able to communicate bi-directionally with a PACS server. 3

4 INTEGRATION OF ALL CARDIOPULMONARY DIAGNOSTICS SCHILLER offers a wide range of solutions, from diagnostic cardiology to pulmonary devices and defibrillators. SEMA3 supports bi-directional communication to all SCHILLER devices with seamless integration in data management systems, allowing maximum efficiency in patient treatment and time saving for the institution. 1 RESTING ECG 2 EXERCISE ECG 1 RESTING ECG With the PDQ function (Patient Data Query), patient demographic data can be immediately retrieved from the central database simply by bar-code scanning or typing the patient ID. This feature is particularly useful in emergency cases when an ECG order has not been scheduled or for those institutions where ECG worklists are not adopted. When worklist is the preferred choice, our electrocardiographs offer the ideal solution by supporting this workflow simultaneously to the PDQ function. Both choices are available to users at all times to maximize the productivity of each device, whether used in the emergency or cardiology department. 2 EXERCISE ECG SCHILLER offers a wide choice of exercise stress test models, each supporting bi-directional communication with SEMA3. Patient data can be downloaded before performing the test either through PDQ or Worklist functions. The final report can be completed at the acquisition station, or conveniently at a networked SEMA3 workstation, where the complete test is available in editable format. Turnaround time is minimal and each stress test system s productivity is greatly increased. 3 CARDIOPULMONARY EXERCISE TESTING 3 CARDIOPULMONARY EXERCISE TESTING Based on GANSHORN s latest technology, SCHILLER s CPET systems support bi-directional communication with SEMA3 and can be easily incorporated in infrastructures already using SEMA3 without any additional effort. 4

SEMA3 provides Patient demographics and/or worklists to minimize administrative work. As soon the recordings are analyzed, the reports will be sent to SEMA3 where it will be stored with all other recordings or forwarded to a EMR / PACS. 5 SPIROMETRY Most SCHILLER electrocardiographs support spirometry function, with a plug-and-play spirometry sensor. Pneumology results are transmitted and stored in SEMA3, thus supporting paperless workflow and complete data integration with all other cardiology diagnostic tests. 6 DEFIBRILLATOR AND RESCUE DEVICES 6 DEFIBRILLATOR AND RESCUE DEVICES From the simple AED to multiparameter monitor and defibrillation models, the whole emergency and rescue line of SCHIL- LER products is compatible with SEMA3. Whether needing to make a quick decision on a resting ECG transmitted from the field, or to review the entire intervention data for quality management, SEMA3 offers tools to optimally manage rescue data. 5

6 AED VIEW After an AED intervention, review the entire ECG and Impedance curves, and all the events. Clicking on an event will automatically place you at the right position on the curve. Monitoring: Oversight of all physiological parameter at the same time CPR ANALYSIS Thanks to its user friendly colorisation system, you can on one sight review the quality of the CPR. You can directly see if the frequence, depth and recoil were accurate enough during the whole resuscitation.
