4 Clinicals 4 Registration Manage patient s demographic details, address, profile photo & contact details. Your receptionist can search for patients and also manager their visits. Clinical Observations & Notes Capture clinical notes for general patients, emergency and in-patients using structured forms created for various diseases. This data can be viewed and analyzed together on patient dashboards. Diagnosis Doctors can manage diagnosis of a patient. Each diagnosis is mapped to ICD-10 code for reporting purposes.
