29 CASE Digital employment contracts e-boks is a well-known and safe channel to our employees. The solution provides an overview for the entire Coop Danmark Coop Danmark is the first company in Scandinavia to digitialize handling of employment contracts and other HR documents through e-boks. More than 45,000 documents are signed every year in connection with employment, additions, modifications, or termination. From now on, all documents are signed and filed in e-boks. 30 CASE Digital signature on bank documents The large number of users and the new possibilities with digital signing of bank documents in e- Boks confirms that e-boks is our right digital partner Bankdata offers all of its 12 bank customers, including Jyske Bank and Sydbank, e-boks for digital signing of bank documents. The customers don t have to be present in the bank for signatures and agreements anymore. Everything is handled digitally in e-boks, and it saves both the customer and the bank a lot of time. 31 CASE All documentation and requests for holiday pay used to be paper based, sent back and forth with the normal mail system. Handling the holiday cards in one automatic process in e-boks helps our member organizations save a lot of time. Digital holiday cards for employees Danish employers' association provides member organizations to send digital holiday cards to the employees in their e-boks. The employer fills out the holiday card easily on e-boks.dk, and returns it digitally to Employers Central Holiday Register. The holiday allowance is paid automatically, and the residual holiday card is returned to the employee s e-boks. 32 CASE Digital customer solution PensionDanmark has informed its 630,000 members about the transition to electronic mail, and only 20 members wanted a different solution. The members no longer have to keep track of their pension papers, it is all gathered in e-boks Approx. 630,000 members have easily switched to digital communication The solution is perfect for PensionDanmarks own self-service universe. The members can also choose to see all their communication on e- Boks.dk. All communication can also be seen on Pension Denmark's mobile app. After choosing digital communication, PensionDanmark have achieved annual savings of 6-7 million Danish kroner. 33 CASE Digital certificates of good conduct for all citizens Electronic certificate of good conduct is easier for both employers and employees. Now, you don t have to wait for the police to make the certificate or for the employee to pick it up at the police station The private certificate of good conduct is your criminal record with information about any violations of criminal law. Everyone in Denmark can now order their own private certificate of good conduct directly to their e-boks in five different languages. Public and private companies can also order certificates of good conduct to their e-boks from Politi.dk and virk.dk. The citizen gives consent to this through a consent form.
