The present ownership has been in place since Offices and factories in three countries Norway, Sweden and Lithuania. 5 Automotive Stansefabrikken Automotive UAB mass produces punched car parts from sheet metal for the European automotive sector. AUTOMOTIVE Our parts are used to manufacture Volvo, Ford, Land Rover, Renault and Nissan cars. The main production consists of progressive stamping with automatic feeding from coils and robotic welding. We also handle manual press work in eccentric presses, degreasing and other added-value services. We offer modern manufacturing equipment, including one of the biggest mechanical presses in Northern Europe. The robotic welding department has the newest technology available for thin sheet MIG welding, the Fronius patented Cold Metal Transfer which permits the welding of especially thin sheets with impressive results and without splatters. Our plant conforms with ISO standards and contribute to receive ISO/TS certification by the end of In production, we work with the 0 PPM principle. 5

6 Product development, prototyping, Sub-supplying Stansefabrikken Fredrikstad focus is on prototyping and small batch production. STANSEFABRIkkEN FREdRIkSTAd We believe that we can produce almost any kind of sheet metal product. We have very flexible machinery adaptable to different kinds of production. Our factory in Fredrikstad, Norway is fully equipped with CNC punching, CNC bending and welding. We are independent and can produce samples and prototypes as well as offering a quick turnaround. We often collaborate with the Stansefabrikken UAB factory in Lithuania. Once we have completed the first batches, the production is often moved to Lithuania for mass production. Here, in Fradrikstad, our facilities are also available to meet your storage needs. 6

FIRE & SAFETY Our company also provides various fire protection solutions for residential and industrial sites. We are the official Norwegian dealer of Bonpet and Deflector fire protection products. POSTBOxES We manufacture indoor and outdoor postboxes. They not only offer exceptional design but also ease of operation and functionality.
