Starting with organizational tasks, moving one with attending the stamping tool design reviews with international suppliers and Magna experts, tracking the tool supplier from all over Europe and Asia. Location: Technology: Project Position: Munich / Germany Sheet Metal Forming Resident Engineer Tasks: Representing the US stamping plant MAGNA Drive in front of their customer BMW in Munich in any technical and commercial matters. Project scope: Large amount of stamping parts for the production in BMW Spartanburg. Daily work: Information exchange between BMW engineering and planning and the MAGNA departments project management, process planning, forming simulation, stamping tool design and production at international locations (US, Ireland, China). Main topics: Status reporting in BMWs weekly project meetings, forwarding and answering change requests of BMW (technically and commercially), tracking the feasibility of the stamping parts from sheet metal simulation team and forwarding issues as changes requests to BMWs product design Slide 12

Responsible in front of the customer and the internal board members for achieving the objectives in cost, time, quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Lead and coordination of a six headed team containing experts from stamping, welding, quality, purchasing, logistics and controlling department. Furthermore, active stamping tool tracking at the supplier in Dongguan/China, based on 2/3-weeks long business trip intervals. Continuously, leading the project from method plan creation to tryout, serial press integration, 2DPA, customer quality acceptance (Note 1) and hand-over to serial production. Slide 13
