The purpose of a service and support agreement is to ensure continuous preventive maintenance of the equipment in order to prolong its lifetime and minimize the risk of production stops caused by lack of maintenance. Further Cabinplant can make proposals for current optimizations and improvements of your equipment at the six-monthly or annual service visits. This agreement also includes training of operators and technical personnel to provide your staff with practical and hands-on experience. With a service and support agreement you can reach us any time. Our telephone support is available 24/7/365 in case of need for support. Support Phone and online support We know that time is money. That is why you can get in touch with our customer service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in case you have a problem with the Cabinplant equipment. 9 Recommended spare parts kit Spare parts A package of recommended spare parts gives you a little extra dependability and is the best way of achieving quick service or repair to save time and money. Cabinplant recommends you to keep a package of critical components in stock at the site of your new Cabinplant equipment to ensure continuous running, to have the possibility of quick repair, and to have spare parts ready for replacing parts that naturally wear out over time. Cabinplant will on request make a kit of recommended spare parts and deliver this together with your new equipment. Training, optimization and evaluation Training of operators Skilled people and qualifications is the key of all business success. Cabinplant provides on-site training to ensure that you get the most out of your production equipment.
