10 Outgoing Chairman's Remarks Member Comment IAGC is doing OK but could be doing better. IAGC resources: 2013 budget USD 2 mill. Geophysical industry total revenue USD around USD 8 billon. IAGC budget % of industry revenue. 10

11 Outgoing Chairman's Remarks IAGC main tasks 2012: Commercial health: Renewing Statements of Principals. Workshops started. Marine Environment: Biggest challenge for our industry ahead. No single instance where marine seismic has hurt or killed mammals. Fishing Industry kills between in by catch. IAGC Role: Educate Follow up science Evaluate and comment on proposed legislation. 11
