1 Effective Date 21 December 2018 Overview Release for the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) was released on December 21, This release includes system change requests and corrects program deficiencies identified by the user community. The update impacts the Maintenance and Utilization, Materiel Management, Member Access, Property Accountability, and Warehouse Management Modules. Maintenance and Utilization (M&U) Module System Change Request (SCR) The following Maintenance and Utilization SCRs were closed by this release: SCR #1142 FAST Report Disposition Add FAST reportable Disposition fields to M&U MAM process create status of awaiting disposition. SCR #985 Telematic Info Upload, SCR #944 Fuel Management, SCR #735 Trimble Interface, SCR #736 CFAMS Interface Allows the ability for Users to upload Telematics data from multiple vehicle management system solutions into DPAS. SCR #1186 M&U Dashboard The M&U Dashboard was refreshed with a new design and enhanced functionality. New grids on the home page include My Reports, Shared Reports, and a role-based Enterprise Roll-Up that allows users to view all open actions that are accessible to the logged-in user up to the Agency level, based on the user s security access. On the left sidebar, users can view all sub-categories for each primary category to which they have access, and users can see the number of open actions for each sub-category, even if the count is zero. New fields were added to several sub-category filters and field selections within the Asset and Work Order categories. A new sub-category, NMC, was added to the Work Order category to display all open work orders assigned with an NMC status. In addition, under the Asset category, a Statistics sub-category was added to display a pie graph that shows FAST Reportable Profiled/Not Profiled by the Agency Owned/Leased Type. SCR #1122 Work Order Inquiry Filter & Field Updates Update the Work Order Inquiries to be more complete and offer additional filtering capabilities. SCR #1380 NMC Status Date Field Allows the ability for Users to back date and/or edit the NMC Status field. The following Maintenance and Utilization were closed by this release: 1

2 Asset Preventative Maintenance Schedule Inquiry (WPMAQ08) Help Ticket #25636 Corrected a deficiency where a mandatory field was missing on the AUD. FAST Outbound Display AUD (WPACN28) Help Ticket #25961 Corrected a deficiency where fuel reporting was duplicated. Member Access The following member Access were closed by this release: Individual Returns (LPWHN46.1) Help Ticket #25452 Corrected a deficiency where member name was not appearing on walk-in appointments. Property Accountability (PA) Module System Change Request (SCR) The following Property Accountability SCRs were closed by this release: SCR #1174 Provide the Capability to Export the Pending Transactions Report in Excel Agency Pending Transaction Report allows the ability to see due-in and due-out records in excel form by agency, site, and lower based on the selected criteria. SCR #1062 IUS: Dashboard Update, Reports and Inquiries Functionality has been added to allow users to associate IT device assets and IUS software assets. The IT Dashboard has been updated, and the PA asset management functionality has been updated to manage software assets within the existing processes. SCR #1248 GFP/GFM Location For Loan Update with Loan Code = C (out on loan to non-government activity) set the Asset s Loc to be the CAGE code of the selected Contract Number s Contractor. SCR #1057 Increase Mass Uploads This feature was added to expand the capacity of the Asset Receiving Mass Upload spreadsheet template from 50 records to 500 records. Additionally, the UII column was added to the far right of the Mass Upload spreadsheet template to enable users to include the UII when assigned. The UII column in the Mass Upload template is mandatory and will populate the field on the asset record when UII Status Code is ART or ARN. It is not used for any other UII Status. 2

3 SCR #1173 Modify Document Nbr System Settings The feature was added to provide the capability to manage Document Number Range Assignments at Site Level. The solution designed was to create a new User Role called, Data Coordinator that will provide a menu path to a newly developed DPAS Property Accountability Data Import feature. The Data Import Utility provides users with the capability to download a formatted template for Document Number Range Assignments, populate the template, browse a file directory for a completed file and submit the file to validate and import records. The user MUST have the Data Coordinator role assigned at the Site tier level or higher to use this feature. The Data Coordinator role was designed to support New User Conversion or set up of new Sites for existing customers. The following Property Accountability were closed by this release: Asset Update (WPHRN51) Help Ticket #25822 Corrected a deficiency where the Cap Cd was unable to be changed. Warehouse Management (WM) Module System Change Request (SCR) The following Warehouse Management SCRs were closed by this release: SCR #1088 ICN Scan ON DW01 Added Kit ICN Barcode to DW Form 01 - Set Kit Outfit. SCR #1320 Form 46 Provided user the ability to enter the Installation Date and clear the originating station on DW Form 18A. SCR #1099 LINTAMCN Filter Amendment, SCR #1025 LINTAMCN Filter Sorted kit components and allowed component update based on warehouse stock items in SKO Update. SCR #1274 Add Attachments to Containers Added attachments to the Container AUD. SCR #1427 Asset Visibility Report Added the ability to see asset visibility at the LP or Warehouse level. SCR #1266 Physical Inventory Process Added serial number mode to the Physical Inventory Process within Warehouse. Also added additional grouping to the Condensed Physical Inventory report within Reports Manager. SCR #1321 DW01 Revisions Added SKO Location and Container fields to DW Form 01. 3

4 SCR #1207 Member Size Report Provided report that shows members and their associated size category sizes, attributes, and equipment type sizes. SCR #1065 Appointment Scheduler Enhancements were made to the Scheduler system to include appointment visibility from the dashboard and a new appointment inquiry. Configuration options were added to the appointment calendar which allow users to control the number of simultaneous appointments that can be scheduled by appointment type as well as ease of use changes to reduce the amount of time needed to set up or update the calendar. SCR #1199 TCTO (Time Compliance Technical Order) Provided capability to add and complete one time inspections. SCR #1265 Improve Assessment Capability Provided end item assignment of repair parts when performing inspections and the associated history. The following Warehouse Management were closed by this release: DLMS 945A Materiel Release Advice (LPGLM40) Help Ticket #25228 Corrected a deficiency where Inbound 945A was suspending when transferring the same asset in a different condition code. Individual Returns (LPWHN46.1) Help Ticket #25202 Corrected a deficiency where editing a return changed the DoDAAC. DW Fm 20-U Unit Physical Inventory Report (LPWHR23) Help Ticket #25760 Corrected a deficiency where serial numbers were reported in alphanumeric order. Inspection AUD (LPWHN88) Help Ticket #25207 Corrected a deficiency where scanning did not select / clear the last search. SKO Catalog (LPCTN06) Help Ticket #26087 Corrected a deficiency where SKO Update was causing all kits to change to G Cond Code. 4

Receiving (LPWHN19) Help Ticket #25924, #26040 Corrected a deficiency where Stock Number value entry was returning an invalid error. SKO Serial Update (LPWHN41) Help Ticket #25898 Corrected a deficiency where the export option was missing from the grid option dropdown. DD Form 1348 (LPWHR01) Help Ticket #25903 Corrected a deficiency where data was not being captured in the proper form blocks. Unit Returns (LPWHN47) Help Ticket #26237 Corrected a deficiency where batch edit was run unusually slow. Appointments (LPWHN37) Help Ticket #25967 Corrected a deficiency where individual issue appointments had duplicate time selections available. Inventory Update (LPWHN52) Help Ticket #26062 Corrected a deficiency where attempting to adjust Cond Cd on a managed bulk kit returned an error. Stock Number AUD (LPCTN01) Help Ticket #26042 Corrected a deficiency where expiration date was not calculating correctly. Materiel Release Order (LPWHN35) Help Ticket #20120 Corrected a deficiency where printing the 1348 was overwriting the history of who last updated the transaction. 5
