VC Briefings Our clients must take advantage of game-changing technologies to stay competitive. We help make this process easier by partnering with leading venture capitalists in Silicon Valley, so we can introduce our clients to emerging, disruptive technologies. When you join us for a briefing, we work with our VC partners to plan a customized agenda so you see only the technologies most relevant and useful for your needs.

3 At the Briefing Center Executive Briefings The goal of this briefing is to develop a strong relationship between AHEAD s and your leadership team. In this briefing, a member of the AHEAD executive team walks your team through major industry changes and innovative solutions, then helps guide you to an understanding of how these solutions can help you transform and/or optimize your existing IT environment. Executive briefing topics can range in length from minutes and can be combined to build a full day s custom agenda. Briefing topics may also be paired with a related lab demonstration of your choice. Technical Briefings During a technical briefing, AHEAD certified experts provide an update on innovative solutions available in the industry and an understanding of how these new solutions can help you transform and/or optimize your existing IT environment. Technical briefings range from minutes in length and can be combined to build a custom agenda. Briefing topics may also be paired with the related lab demonstration of your choice. Lab Demonstrations Our Lab gives you hands-on experience with our products and solutions. Completely rebuilt in 2014 to meet the demands of the market, the Lab contains up-to-date and emerging technologies across all aspects of the data center and beyond. A subject matter expert from AHEAD guides your demonstration using your own data or a simulated scenario through our fictional company, Ahead Aviation. We created Ahead Aviation as a real-world construct to showcase how AHEAD designs, builds, and deploys hybrid clouds and virtual end-user computing environments for our clients.

4 AHEAD Solutions Enterprise Service Management AHEAD s Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution focuses on providing our clients with a platform for delivering consistent, flexible, and integrated shared services across the enterprise. We work with our clients to mature and formalize IT service delivery through the consolidation, consumerization, and automation of IT Service Management processes. We also position IT to enable the enterprise by designing and deploying custom applications to streamline business processes and provide enterprise-wide service delivery. Cloud Infrastructure AHEAD s Cloud Infrastructure solution focuses on providing our clients with a platform for delivering infrastructure and applications via traditional and emerging deployment models to enable innovation and agile development. We work with our clients to understand the technical, operational, and financial impacts of the various deployment models and select the appropriate technologies to deliver the required service levels securely while accelerating time to value, streamlining and centralizing the consumption of resources, and increasing operational control and efficiency. Mobility AHEAD s Mobility solution focuses on providing our clients with a platform for delivering virtual desktops, applications, and data to users in a secure, flexible, and performant way. We work with our clients to define detailed use cases specific to their business and select the appropriate technologies that deliver the required service levels, enable workforce mobility and collaboration, meet industry-specific regulations, secure company and customer data, and increase operational efficiency.
