1 1201 Conservancy Drive East, Tallahassee, Florida December 13, 2018 Jim Cooke City Treasurer-Clerk The Office of the City Treasurer-Clerk 300 South Adams Street Tallahassee, Florida Dear Jim Cooke: I respectfully submit my resume for the vacated Tallahassee City Commission Seat 1 with the understanding that the term is limited to November 16, 2020 or the return of the existing Commissioner. I have been a resident of this great city since 1989 and have appreciated the efforts of the City Commission to make this city a great place to live. Although my experience is not political, I have a successful career in Information Technology and project management. The characteristics that I have relied upon in my career for successful projects are seeking, finding and agreeing on win-win solutions, communication with many levels of stakeholders using many methods, and embracing change to adjust to the challenges and take advantage of opportunities that are possible. This city is special; the citizens, the landscape, the culture, the dedication to retaining the qualities that make us unique contribute to this great city. I would relish the opportunity and would make a positive contribution. Sincerely, Jennifer Fishback, PMP
