The PMO consists of a team of professionallycertified project managers who work with departments to vet requests for IT solutions, focusing on strategic alignment, return on investment and benefits to be realized. This includes developing and managing Tiger Institute engagements with affiliate, clinical integration partners, and HIE members and leading Tiger Institute employer services, community health, and wellness efforts. The team is responsible for identifying solutions needed to support care delivery with external organizations such as EMR and practice management systems, health information exchange technologies, and population health solutions. Capital Region Medical Center joined the Tiger Institute team in April 2018.
