2 Protection A critical prerequisite for your diagnosis: accurate and detailed measurements The KRIWAN Diagnosis system is a milestone in the development of compressor protectors. KRIWAN compressor protection modules are based on a change of paradigm, from monitoring and protection to diagnosis and communication. Accurate and detailed measurements are a prerequisite for the efficient diagnosis of your system s operating data. The INT69 Diagnosis series of compressor protection modules by KRIWAN reliably delivers relevant information on any compressor. Parameters such as motor temperature, oil pressure and discharge gas temperature are monitored continuously. Possible shorts and discontinuities are detected and saved to memory for later evaluation. Separate inputs allow for selective detection, evaluation and decision-making. This enables you to respond and intervene precisely at any time. 3 Communication Easy integration with your systems: standard interfaces Its communication interfaces turn the KRIWAN Diagnosis system into a comprehensive source of data about your refrigeration system. The use of standardized interfaces enables easy process integration. If required, data can be retrieved directly at each compressor via USB port. A Modbus interface is available for integration in a network. Via the DP-Modbus gateway and the Modbus-LAN gateway data are periodically sent to a server. They can be retrieved remotely by the INTelligence diagnosis software. The intuitive INTelligence diagnosis software displays results at a glance and enables users to interpret switching cycles, operating times or engine temperatures quickly and effortlessly. The error messages collected in the error memory provide additional information about the device status. The INTspector diagnosis app by KRIWAN reads the LED flash code of INT69 Diagnosis units and interprets the error code. An integrated QR code reader allows users to retrieve datasheet information about the device.
