Yu can use this business functin t prvide a slutin t enable cllabratin prcess within HCM Learning Slutin using SAP Jam. This slutin ffers a blended learning apprach and allws yu t stay current with best practices, thus enabling yu t run effectively in the area f learning & talent develpment (L&D). The slutin is intended fr learners t make their learning experience mre effective and cmplete by enhancing the frmal trainings thrugh discussins, cllabratins, and ther infrmal learning features using SAP Jam.
