It can be run standalone for a single user. No special hardware or external database is required. AMS REALTIME Enterprise is a high-end project resource management software application that is highly configurable, powerful, but very easy-to-use and maintain. It provides similar functionality to other high-end applications at a fraction of the cost. This software supports Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, basic costing and earned value, integrated timesheets, status reporting, Monte-Carlo Risk Analysis, graphic and tabular reporting, and custom integration with MS Office and other external applications via a fully documented and secure Python Applications Programming Interface (API). AMS can also provide initial implementation consulting to help define and document processes, configure and setup the database, train users, and provide ongoing support to ensure that the software meets user expectations and requirements. The user must already have Microsoft Project 2007, 2010, 2013 or 2017 software. Because of the flexibility of AMS REALTIME software applications, most companies choose to have tailored training modules developed and delivered to their users by a certified AMS trainer. 6 Annual Maintenance and Support The first year of maintenance and support is included with any initial software license purchase. If additional licenses are added to an existing serial number, the support for the new licenses will be prorated to synchronize support expiration with the existing licenses. Annual maintenance and support is priced at 20% of the current software purchase price (AMS-MS). This includes telephone hotline support, web forum access, maintenance releases and software upgrades for the licensed products. Upgrade pricing for users with software that has expired within five years, reactivating maintenance and support is 25% of the current software price (append U to software part number). For less than annual support billing, add 5% of the cost (minimum $5, maximum $50) to the unit price per billing.
