5 Establishing the DarsGo system (1) Employer: DARS, State owned Slovenian Motorway Operator Contractor: Consortium of Telekom Slovenia and Q-Free Design, Build and Maintenance Contract Responsibilities of consortium Telekom-Q-Free: System implementation (12 months period - consensually extended for 2 months); System handover to DARS; Maintainance and technical operation of the system; Data transmission between OBU (DarsGo unit) and Central system; Maintenance and management of the Central system; OBU (DarsGo units) Logistics. 13 DarsGo: Enforcement ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM: The enforcement process encompasses detection and prosecution; Detection > Fixed installations, i.e. gantries (15), classifications system, cameras, mobile enforcement vehicles (27); Prosecution > Back office, mobile enforcement units. Page 14
