Case queues, SLAs, routing rules and entitlements You will be able to configure SLAs and routing rules to ensure cases are actioned on time by the correct resource. Easily manage your cases, customers and service desk Using the built in tools, you can manage resource within your service desk ensuring that product experts are dealing with the cases most relevant to them. Existing Contacts & Accounts imported Your current business critical data will be imported into the new system for a seamless transition to the new platform. 1 day s customisation of lists, forms and processes We will add bespoke fields and views specific to your business enabling you to capture key data about your cases and contracts. 1 day s configuration of queues, SLAs and routing rules We will set up all the necessary configuration to enable you to manage your cases. 1 day s user adoption training We will train your staff on how to use the platform to log, triage and manage your cases.
