Starting with the Kick-off Meeting, the Engineer will view your computer environment and assist with the Best Practice Strategies for your particular Organization. The Engineer will work with your staff to implement the Appliance under Unitrends Best Practices for Backup and Recovery. Starting with the Kick-off Meeting, the Engineer will view your computer environment and assist with the Best Practice Strategies for your particular Organization. The Engineer will work with your staff to Train on your Appliance under Unitrends Best Practices for Backup and Recovery. Training After the Engineer has viewed your environment and has had the Kick-off Meeting, they will either come On-site or perform a Remote (WebEx) Training based on the specific topics that will provide the most usefulness for the Staff. From there, the Customers Staff will have the opportunity to ask questions and direct the Training Engineer to the topics of most interest to them. 3 Unitrends Monitoring With all the different roles/responsibilities that your Information Technology Staff is responsible for, they may not be monitoring Backup/Recovery Systems as close as they should (everyone seems to think they are working and don t check or they don t know what to check). Monitoring these reports and taking appropriate action requires a person that has a thorough knowledge of your Unitrends appliance, systems, backup/recovery strategy, different types of backups/replication/vaulting/cloud, RPO & RTO. That is where we can help: 1. Verify the ed Reports 2. Assist the Internal Staff with Alerts and Recoveries 3. Make recommendations to improve the current status (meet RPO- Recovery Point Objective & RTO-Recovery Time Objective) 4. Provide direction on Best Method to resolve issues. How will we do this? Backup, Archive, and Replication Monitoring is Non-Invasive (not accessing your systems). The task will be performed by: 1. Verifying the s reports from your Appliance 2. Verify all job/tasks Have completed successfully (failed backups [system, archive, replication], Retention Alerts, Update Alerts for appliance & agents, Disk/RAID alerts, etc.) 3. Recommend Action items if there are issues 4. Call will be placed to the Contact Person(s) from a list provided by the Customer to resolve issues. Included with the Monitoring Process 1. One Hour of Professional Services per Month 2. Unitrends Audit (High Level Overview) Requirements for Monitoring Process 1. Minimum of 2 Contact Persons 2. Unitrends Audit before Starting the Monitoring Process 3. Adding CPSI to Routing in Unitrends PRICING 1. Monthly $450 / Month 2. Annual $5,000 / Year

4 Unitrends Testing One of the most important items that we overlook is testing backups. This can be accomplished simply by trying to read the archive drive to actually restoring into servers. Following are alternatives that we offer. 1. Process your Unitrends Archive Disk Set into one of our Unitrends Appliances to make sure the Archive Disk Set is Recoverable. 2. Provide a Report that will give you a Time Line for the steps taken to perform the Recovery. 3. Take the Recovery to the next level and perform Protected Computer Systems Recovery to In-House Computer Systems and provide the Time Line for those Recoveries. Customer Requirements 1. Archive Disk Set to be Recovered a. Encryption Passphrase 2. List of Tier 1 Protected Computer(s) a. User ID and Password for Logging On to Computer(s) 3. Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) CPSI Deliverables 1. Recovery Summary Report a. Steps Taken b. Time Line 2. Removable Report a. Shows Customer that Data is Deleted from i. Test Unitrends Appliance ii. Any CPSI Computers Used for Recovery of Protected Computer(s) 3. Provide access to the a. Recovered Appliance b. Recovered Protected Computer(s) c. Applications d. Data Scheduling Testing can usually be completed within two weeks of receiving the Archive Disk Set, providing the proper Passphrase, User ID s, and Passwords are provided. Costs are time & materials. CPSI will provide proposal

5 Unitrends Audit Having an audit prepared provides a look at your backup/recovery procedures thru an independent view. We will: 1. Discuss your current situation; Problems, Scheduling, Procedures, Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) & Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) 2. Process the Unitrends Reports 3. Prepare a Summary Report that will analyze the current status of the Appliance and your procedures 4. We may have Recommendations to Improve Backups, Recoveries, Replication, Storage, and Retention By analyzing the following reports, we can determine if there are Duplicate Protected Computers, Retired Computers, BareMetal Backup Requirements, Retention Limits, and Overall Health of the Unitrends Appliance. To complete the Audit, the following reports are required: 1. Capacity 2. Capacity with the Hyper Visor Selected in the Navigation Pane (Shows each individual Guest Totals) 3. Last Backups 4. Client Information 5. Policies 6. Screen shot of Replication Configuration Screen o Screen shot with the Hyper Visor Select for Guest Replication Selection o Screen shot with the Application Selected for Replication Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Oracle 7.
