We design and implement cost-effective integrated enterprise healthcare solutions for our corporate and insurer clients, providing their employees and insured members access to our healthcare services while deploying our MBMS capabilities to facilitate management of our service delivery, as customized to fit our clients needs and budgets. We believe that our customized and scalable information technology systems play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery of integrated healthcare solutions to our clients and in our ability to successfully scale the business. Our information technology systems serve to streamline our clients healthcare management and administrative functions, such as claims processing, while generating valuable utilization and medical data to which we have proprietary rights. Through our harnessing of such data, we believe we can offer advanced data analytics and risk management capabilities to improve our clients understanding and management of their organizational healthcare needs, budgets and utilization trends. To date, we have served over 25,000 corporations, directly or through our insurer clients, across the Asia- Pacific region, including SMEs, MNCs and government organizations. We employ over 2,000 staff, including over 400 medical professionals. 2 POSITION 1 CLINICAL SERVICES The clinical service team ensures high-quality delivery of services to all internal and external customers, at Fullerton Health s retail clinics. The team develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication, and resolves customer service issues in a timely manner. 1. Participate in working groups to: - Increase public awareness of our Executive Health Screening (EHS) services - Increase the number of customers visiting our EHS Centres - Roll-out promotions and other sales & marketing initiatives - Improve service levels 2. 3 POSITION 2 GROUP FINANCE Fullerton s Group finance team covers various functions and responsibilities in the company, including M&A, treasury, financial reporting and management accounting (budgeting and review). 1. Merger & Acquisitions Support and work closely with M&A team Assist in building financial models for potential acquisitions Perform market and industry research for potential targets 2. 4 POSITION 3 Finance Transformation and Post Merger Integration Finance Transformation: looks into making finance a more efficient department by deploying system enhancements, operational process improvements, etc. Implement change to eliminate pain points and reduce the $ impact of errors in the operations of the area. Post Merger integration: Integration of operations, IT, Finance, sales and culture of a newly acquitted business into our current structure. Assist in obtaining updates from business managers on the status of post merger integration tasks and follow up accordingly, run meetings to enable all key stakeholders to discuss and share status of key tasks; Assist in reviewing financial models for upcoming M&A deals to support PMI initiatives; Assist in setting up new Standard Operating Procedures and conduct data analysis to help drive the strategy for finance transformation, hold meetings across key stakeholders to drive change; Any other adhoc tasks Skills & Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, detail- oriented Innovative and proactive Reporting to Shirley Ah-Hee Page 4 of 6

5 POSITION 4 IT FHG IT team is continuously improving FHG propriety 24 hours FHN3 system to have smooth and efficient operation of medical benefits management services ( MBMS ) and Call Centre services. System is used not only by operation team but also hundreds of panel network clinics to submit cashless claims for patients who are on Employee Benefits program. Thousands of employee & HR can submit their claims, check the status of claim and clinic listing via FHN3 system and/or mobile app linked to it. 1. Participate in working groups to: - Increase quality of deliverables - Increase Productivity - Improve service levels 2. Quality Assurance - Intense System Integrated Testing (SIT) to achieve new functionality without affecting existing functionalities - Report the findings back to developers before UAT - Prepare test case with operation team to understand the possible scenarios - Give user training throughout UAT to differentiate bugs & any new scenarios which were not in original requirement Undergraduate with background in Computer Science, Information technology, Data/Business Analytics, Operations Management or related field Programming knowledge in Java EE, Struts frame work, SQL Skills & Attributes: Excellent organizational skills, detail- oriented System driven & fast learner Reporting to Hay Mar Htoo/ Trisno Putra/ Aye Shwe Page 5 of 6
