3 WELCOME TO CADENCE BANK. WE ARE VERY PLEASED TO INTRODUCE YOU TO CADENCE ALLEGRO!, A SINGLE SIGN-ON PORTAL TO OUR PRODUCT SUITE FOR ONLINE CASH MANAGEMENT, AND TO WELCOME YOU AS A TREASURY CLIENT. We are excited to welcome you as one of our newest clients! Cadence was designed for those who demand banking to be better than what they have experienced in the past. At Cadence, we take time to listen and learn about your business, banking needs, and pain points. This approach gives us the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships that work. We are a regional bank, so we re small enough to give you the personal attention you need, yet large enough to offer big bank services. We leverage our technology to provide you high tech with high touch. 1

4 IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO CONVERSION Training - You will receive an regarding Training options for our Allegro! Portal the week of January 7, We will offer training via recorded sessions and Live WebEx sessions. Live WebEx sessions are available starting January 7, You may also contact your Treasury Management Officer or our Treasury Management Client Support/ Premier Partners at for assistance. Tokens - Soft tokens will be issued to all ACH and Online Wire users with approval authority. We will token activation instructions the week of February 4, CONVERSION Beginning the evening of Friday, February 15, 2019, Online Banking and Online Cash Manager will be in View-Only mode. On Tuesday, February 19, 2019: Treasury Management Client Support/Premier Partners will be available at 7 a.m. ET. Allegro! Single Sign-on Portal will be available for your business transactions. To make this transition as smooth as possible, we will retain State Bank s Online Banking and Online Cash Manager in View-Only mode through April 19, During this period, please download and save your bank statements, ACH and wire templates, if applicable. KEY DATES January 7 - January 11 - February 4 - February February 15 - February 16 - February 19 - Training communication will be ed to all users. It will also be published in Online Banking and Online Cash Manager reminding you to register for training. Cut-off Date for automated data conversion. Your access data from January 2018 through January 11, 2019 will be converted on February 18, 2019 for your online products and services, user access, ACH and Wire templates and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC). Token instructions will be ed to all ACH and Wire users. Clients and users can review and validate ACH and Wire payment information in Allegro! Online Banking and Online Cash Manager will go into View-Only mode at end-of-day processing. Systems will be unavailable due to Bank systems conversion. Allegro! will be available for business transactions. 2

5 ONLINE BANKING With Cadence Bank, you will enjoy the benefits of enhanced online banking for your business. Below is important information about the Cadence Allegro! Portal. Allegro! is a cash management solution that integrates the services you need to manage cash balances, daily transactions and account information. Our goal is to provide you with an intuitive experience that offers you the information you need in the way you need it. An Allegro! profile will be created for your company and all your Online Banking and Online Cash Manager accounts, users and service entitlements. The system will be ready for business activity on Tuesday, February 19, TRAINING As part of our commitment to providing you with services designed to make your business run more easily and efficiently, we offer live and recorded training sessions. To maximize the benefits of Cadence Bank s Treasury Management solutions, we encourage you to register for training. You will receive alerts within Online Banking and Online Cash Manager about the training, and all users will receive an the week of January 7, 2019, to start enrolling in our online Live WebEx training sessions. AVAILABLE TRAINING: Information Reporting - How to view Previous Day and Current Day activity, place stop payments, initiate account transfers, create special reports, plus other unique features. ACH - How to initiate and release ACH batches from the ACH Database and ACH Validator. How to import and export ACH payment files. Wire Transfer - How to initiate and release wires online and create wire templates. Positive Pay / ACH Positive Pay - How to upload issued check files into Positive Pay, manually enter individual checks, create ACH filters and make pay/return decisions for both services. Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) - How to scan checks using RDC and reporting overview. 6 LOG IN ON OR AFTER FEBRUARY 19 Your new Allegro! services will be available on Tuesday, February 19 for business transactions. Log in at Be sure to bookmark it for future use. Certified browsers include Internet Explorer 10 and up, Google Chrome and Firefox. LOGIN WIZARD FOR ALLEGRO! To make your transition as easy as possible, we have developed a Login Wizard that will guide you to set up your new online password for Allegro! There will be no change to your User ID (alias). You can continue to use the one you have now. AUTHENTICATION AND SIGN IN The Login Wizard will prompt you to select the method ( or phone) with which you would like to receive your one-time PIN for authentication before creating your password. Once you enter your onetime PIN, you may then establish your security questions and, if needed, update your personal information. MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (MFA) One-Time PIN at Login: If your company has required that a one-time PIN be part of your login process, this MFA method will continue. Token at Login: If you are currently using a token to log in to Online Cash Manager, this method will not be available after conversion. Your Treasury Management Officer will contact you to discuss MFA options. SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR Users with the Administrator role will continue to have the capability to reset user passwords and disable users in Allegro! New users, however, will need to be set up by the bank. REMINDERS Your new Allegro! services will be available to you on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 for live transactions. You can log in to Allegro! at Allegro! is a single sign-on portal that allows you access to a full range of cash management products and services to help you monitor and manage the cash position of your business. Training information is available at 4

7 TRUSTEER RAPPORT If you have not already downloaded Trusteer Rapport security software to your computer, it is still available and you can install it for added security. Like State Bank, Cadence Bank provides Trusteer Rapport free of charge as an added layer to protect your online banking communication from being stolen by criminals. Rapport is highly recommended by Cadence Bank as an additional layer of security to any anti-virus or security software you already use. By protecting your internet connection and creating a tunnel for safe communication with your online banking website, Rapport blocks malicious attempts to steal money from accounts. If you have not already downloaded it, you will get a prompt to download Trusteer Rapport at the Allegro! login screen. ONLINE CASH MANAGER SELF- ADMINISTRATION In preparation for conversion, we have established a cut-off date for data conversion. If new users have been created, user maintenance has been performed, or updates have been made to your ACH or wire templates, please note those updates and forward them to your Treasury Management Officer so they may manually update the edits on the Cadence Allegro! system on your behalf. All user maintenance and templates for ACH and wires created on or before January 11, 2019 will be loaded into Allegro! Any additions or changes made after January 11 will not be loaded into Allegro! the weekend of February 15. Online Banking and Online Cash Manager will be available in View-Only mode for 60 days post conversion. This will allow you time to validate users and templates created after the cut-off date for data conversion. 8 INFORMATION REPORTING Allegro! Information Reporting provides 13 months of transactional history, and 7 years of estatements. Within the module, we have convenient reports readily available to you, or you can select the criteria and create your favorite reports to share. Depending on your setup, these reports may be available to you: Account Register ACH Transactions All Credits All Debits All Transactions Balance Summary Branch Deposits Checks Controlled Disbursement Lockbox Transactions Remote Deposit Capture Transactions Wire Transactions TRANSACTION HISTORY Three months of history will be converted from State Bank. This means that only statement transaction descriptions will be displayed on Allegro! Check images, full ACH and wire transfer details from State Bank will not be available. Instead, State Bank Online Banking and Online Cash Manager will be available to you in View-Only mode for sixty days post conversion weekend. This means you will still have access to Online Banking and Online Cash Manager through April 19, During this period, we encourage you to validate all your access, templates and batches have converted to Allegro! TOKENS You will be provided with new security tokens. We issue a soft token unless we are notified to issue a physical token to you. These tokens will replace the Online Cash Manager one-time PIN process currently used via SMS message when you approve or submit ACH batches or Online Wire requests to State Bank for processing. A token is currently not required to log in to Allegro! WHAT S NEW OR CHANGING System Administration will now be limited on your new Allegro! services. Contact our Treasury Management Client Support/Premier Partners for assistance with adding new users or existing users maintenance. Token authentication for ACH and Online Wire requests is a new authentication method that will provide you with an Enhanced Security experience. Soft tokens will be provided to all current users with payment approval permissions and tokens MUST be activated prior to payment submission at Cadence Bank. 6

9 ALLEGRO! MENU The Allegro! menu can include up to eight tabs. Depending on your company and your level of access, you may have access to all or to a few. The full menu and sub menus are as follows: Home: This is your landing page or dashboard Information: Balance Notifications, Balance Reporting, Integrated Reporting, Controlled Disbursement Reports, File Transfers, Online Statements, Special Reports, Returns, Wire Activity Receivables: Lockbox, Remote Lockbox, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) Payables and Risk: ARP Reports, ACH, ACH Positive Pay, Payables Lockbox, Outsourced Disbursement, Positive Pay, Stop Payment, Allegro! Transfers, Wires Liquidity: Cash Concentration Administration: User Administration, Reporting & Transaction Admin, Dashboard, Token Management Client Support: Security Center, My Personal Info, Change User ID, Change Password, Change Questions, Enhanced Login, My Activity, Secure Mail, Contact Us Help ACCOUNT TO ACCOUNT TRANSFERS BETWEEN YOUR ACCOUNTS AT CADENCE BANK If you currently subscribe to this service, the instructions will be carried over to Allegro! This includes any recurring and future dated transfers. Cadence Bank offers dual approval to effect a transfer. If you are interested in this added level of security, contact your Treasury Management Officer for information. Cut-off time for same day transfer is 11 p.m. ET. ONLINE STOP PAYMENTS Stop payments will be converted and will expire according to State Bank s expiration date of six months from stop placement date. Stop payments placed in Allegro! will expire 365 calendar days from placement date. Cut-off time for placing online stop payments is 11 p.m. ET. You will find the stop payment module under the Payables & Risk tab in the Allegro! menu. ONLINE STATEMENTS Online statements are located under the Information tab in the Allegro! menu. estatements: Online Bank Account Statements are available to you in Allegro! for seven years. Your first online Cadence account statement will be available the first week in March for your February

10 statement. Cadence estatements also include images of checks. Although our current plan is to convert 12 months of statements post February 19, we encourage you to download all available estatements from Online Banking and Online Cash Manager and save them on your network during the View-Only mode period 60 days post conversion. Account Analysis: This is a new capability you will enjoy at Cadence Bank. If you are currently set up to receive an account analysis statement from State Bank in print form, once converted to Cadence, your account analysis statement will also be available in Allegro! for your download. Your first account analysis statement will be available on Wednesday, May 15 for April s billing period. As with account statements, account analysis statements are available for seven years. Please refer to the Account Analysis page for additional details. WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO Account-to-account transfers on Allegro! have been extended to 11 p.m. ET. Online stop payments will expire 365 calendar days from date of stop payment. Cadence account statements, including check copies along with Analysis statements, will ALL be online. ACH ORIGINATION ACH BATCH TO ACH DATABASE CONVERSION Online Cash Manager ACH Batches that have been used as of January 2018 through January 11, 2019 will be automatically converted to Allegro! In preparation for conversion weekend, any ACH batches created after January 11, 2019 will not be converted. Please make note of any edits or changes that you have made to your ACH batches after January 11, 2019 so you can recreate the batch in Allegro! on or after February 19, To ensure your batches were converted accordingly, we ask that you take a moment to compare systems before originating ACH transactions. Be sure to attend one of our Training sessions to learn how easy it is to add new entries to existing databases. ACH BATCH HISTORY ACH Batch history in Allegro! is 45 calendar days from date of origination versus 2-year history in Online Cash Manager. However, the actual offset transaction is stored in Allegro! Information Reporting module for 13 months. 8

11 ACH COMPANY IDS ACH Company IDs that offset specific accounts differ the most between Online Cash Manager and Allegro! Today Online Cash Manager enables a specific ACH Company ID to offset many accounts. Within Allegro!, a unique ACH Company Name and ACH Company ID is assigned to each offset account. Currently, Online Cash Manager displays the offset account number when creating a batch. Allegro! will display the ACH Company Name when creating a database. During conversion, a unique ACH Company Name and ACH Company ID will be created for each offset account number. When creating your ACH database you will simply select your ACH Company Name as your offset. Your Treasury Management Officer will communicate the new setup with you prior to February 19, TOKENS If you are currently authorized to approve and submit ACH Batches via a one-time PIN, this method is going away. Instead, you will be provided with a new security token. In Allegro! a token is required when releasing an ACH batch to Cadence Bank for processing. This authentication method replaces the one-time PIN currently required in Online Cash Manager today. SAME-DAY ACH If your company is set up to originate same-day ACH transactions, this entitlement will be converted. Cut-off time for same-day ACH in Allegro! is 2 p.m. ET versus Online Cash Manager s 1:30 p.m. ET FUTURE DATED TRANSACTIONS A future dated ACH transaction in Allegro! may be released up to 30 business days in advance. PLEASE NOTE ACH batches submitted between January 2018 and January 11, 2019 will be converted. Any batches submitted after January 11, 2019 will need to be entered in Allegro! To ensure ACH originating payment information is correct in Allegro!, we encourage you to verify it with your Online Cash Manager setup. ACH Company IDs are unique to an offset account number at Cadence Bank. 9

12 PROCESSING WINDOW We process ACH payments throughout the day. Post conversion, you will gain an extra processing window along with a later cut-off time for your ACH payments. Times displayed in Eastern time zone: Starting on February 19, 2019 Cadence will process ACH batches at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 7 p.m. Today, State Bank and Trust processes ACH batches at 10 a.m., 2 p.m., 6 p.m. RECURRING ACH BATCHES If you are currently taking advantage of pre-set, recurring ACH Batches, these setups will not be converted. Once ACH databases are available for validation in February, we ask you to reinitiate these recurring transactions in Allegro! Allegro! ACH offers two options for recurring ACH databases: (1) Auto Generate and (2) Auto Generate and Auto Release. The first option automatically creates the batch for you, but another authorized user will be required to approve. The second option automatically generates the ACH batch and releases the file for processing in the first processing batch of the day. ACH RETURNS/NOTICE OF CHANGES (NOC)/ EDI ADDENDA Notification from FED: If you are currently receiving PDF notifications via secure from the FED, your notifications will be converted. Allegro! Special Reports: ACH NOC, ACH Returns and EDI Addenda detail is available in Allegro! at 5:15 p.m. ET. Please note: EDI Addenda Special Report will only include items with addenda details. WHAT IS CHANGING One-Time PIN verification will be replaced with Security Tokens for ACH and Online Wires. Users with Approval permission will receive Token Activation instructions the week of February 4, Same-day ACH transactions will be released for processing by 2 p.m. ET. ACH processing window has changed with additional processing times and later cut-off. 10

13 WIRE INITIATION Online Wires are available under the Payables & Risk tab in Allegro! SEMI-REPETITIVE TEMPLATE CONVERSION Your existing wire templates used since January 2018 will be converted into Allegro! However, any templates created after January 11, 2019 will not be converted. Please note any changes or edits you make to wire templates after January 11, 2019 so that you may recreate or modify templates in Allegro! on or after February 19, To ensure your templates were converted accurately, we ask that you take a moment to compare systems before initiating a wire transfer. As stated above, Online Cash Manager will be available in View-Only mode for 60 days post conversion, allowing you time to validate your wire templates. TOKENS If you are a user authorized to Approve wires in Online Cash Manager using the one-time PIN option, you will be provided with a security token for authentication. If you are authorized to approve both ACH and Wires, you only need one security token. CUT-OFF TIMES Outgoing Domestic and International: 5:30 p.m. ET (International: May take business days for payee to receive wire/payment) Tax Payments: 4 p.m. ET RECURRING ONLINE WIRES If you are already set up for recurring online wires and have used it since January 2018, your recurring wire instructions will be converted to our Standing Wire instructions. If you are interested in signing up for Standing Wires, please contact your Treasury Management Office for setup. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT WIRE TRANSFERS Wire templates active since January 2018 and created on January 11, 2019 will be converted. Templates created or edits made after January 11, 2019 will not be converted, and will need to be recreated in Allegro! upon conversion. Security tokens will replace one-time PIN authentication. Users with Approval permissions for ACH and Wires will use one token. Recurring wires will now be known as Standing Wires and can be implemented by your Treasury Management Officer. 11

14 FUTURE DATED WIRE INSTRUCTIONS In-flight future dated wire instructions will not be converted. New future dated wire instructions can be released up to a future date of ten business days from release date. SECURITY Cadence Bank has capabilities to accept up to four user layers for review, approval and release. If you are interested in the additional levels of approval for your Online Wires post conversion, please contact your Treasury Management Officer to learn more about the additional layers of control. Otherwise, your access will remain as a single approval process. WIRE INSTRUCTIONS PROCESS VIA WILL NOT BE CONVERTED If you send wire instructions to State Bank on a frequent basis, you will be assigned an Allegro! ID and a token. This will enable you to initiate your Online Wires requests via our Allegro! portal. If not a frequent user, you will need to visit the branch closest to you for them to initiate the request on your behalf when needed. FOREIGN CURRENCY TEMPLATES NOT CONVERTED If you have saved foreign currency templates, these would need to be recreated in the Allegro! Online Wires module upon conversion. Your Online Cash Manager access will continue to be available in a View-Only mode to assist you with this process. MORE ABOUT WIRE TRANSFERS Wire cut-off time will be extended to 5:30 p.m. ET starting February 19, Foreign Currency templates will need to be recreated in Allegro! upon conversion. Online Cash Manager will be available in View-Only mode to assist you with this process. Incoming domestic wires can use Cadence ABA Routing Number

15 POSITIVE PAY CHECK POSITIVE PAY The Positive Pay module is part of the Allegro! Payables & Risk menu tab. Entitlements: Your current access will be converted. Cadence Bank offers the following roles: Decision Manage Issues View-Only All Security: The Dual Control option, a new feature with Cadence Bank, is available. If you are interested in adding dual control as an additional security measure, please contact your Treasury Management Officer to make arrangements to change your access post conversion weekend. Approver: Individual user permission to approve issued files imported by other users. Approve Own: Individual user permission to approve issued file imported by yourself. CHECK ISSUED ITEMS IMPORT File Import definitions will be converted. File upload history will begin once you have successfully imported a check issue file. Previous history in Online Cash Manager will not be available on Allegro! New import definitions can be created for CSV, tab delimited and Fixed Width formats. CUT-OFF TO DECISION EXCEPTION ITEMS The decision window to approve or return exception items is from 9:30 a.m. through 1 p.m. ET. Your current disposition instructions for items not decisioned by the cut-off time will be converted. The default for Cadence when no disposition instructions are received is to Return All. Users entitled with decisioning permission will receive alert notifications of exception items by 9:30 a.m. ET. PAYEE MATCH Payee Match is a new product offering from Cadence Bank. If you are interested in adding this level of security to protect your company from potential fraud, please contact your Treasury Management Officer to learn more about the service that will be available post conversion. 13

16 POSITIVE PAY MENU OPTIONS Decision Summary: Provides summary of exception items for which Pay/Return decisions are needed, group by account and violation type where applicable. Make Decisions: Provides detailed list of the individual items requiring disposition instructions. Decisioning window is from 9:30 a.m. through 1 p.m. ET. Item Statuses: Sub menu includes All Items, Pending Review Items, Items Ready for Processing and Processed Items. Single Item Entry: Issued Check Entry Void Check Entry: Indefinite retention history for voided check information entered (or uploaded via file) in Allegro! Positive Pay Notifications: Displays existing alerts and enables you to add new ones. Imports: Import File Import History (previously imported files) File Definitions Test files Reports: All reports are exportable in PDF, Excel, and CSV formats. Outstanding Items Issued Items Void Items Paid Items Returned Items Exception Items Stopped Items My Settings: Allows you to establish the number of days to keep batches in batch history up to 360 calendar days. ACH POSITIVE PAY The ACH Positive Pay module is part of the Allegro! Payables & Risk menu tab. A new feature available to you is the ability to manage your ACH filters. These can be created at time of decisioning, or you can proactively create the filter beforehand. ACH POSITIVE PAY MENU OPTIONS Incoming ACH Summary: Summary of exception items for which Pay/Return decisions are needed, group by account. Incoming ACH List: List of incoming ACH items that require authorization in order to be paid. Cut-off Time for Exception Item Disposition: Decisioning window is from 9:30 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. ET. Please note: The last Same-Day ACH file is received from the FED between 4 and 4:30 p.m. ET. The cut-off time of 5:30 p.m. ET for ACH Positive Pay exceptions is in support of this last Fed file. You will receive exception notifications by 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. ET to support our last ACH Fed file. 14

17 Debit Authorizations: At State Bank these are commonly referred to as ACH filters, these are the acceptable ACH items that will not be an exception. Create Debit Authorization: Enables you to create new ACH debit authorization filters (ACH Verify). Currently, your debit authorizations are established by the ACH Operations staff at State Bank. Once converted to Cadence, you will be able to create your filters using Allegro! Notifications: Displays existing alerts and enables you to add new ones. Reports: Reports are exportable to PDF and Excel. Reports include: Exception Items ACH Debit Authorizations TIMES TO REMEMBER 7:45 a.m. ET 10 p.m. ET Processing window for Positive Pay check issued files 9:30 a.m. ET 1 p.m. ET Decisioning window for check Positive Pay exception items 9:30 a.m. ET 5:30 p.m. ET Decision window for ACH Positive Pay exception items The ACH Positive Pay queue must be checked throughout the day, ending at 5:30 p.m. ET. BILL PAY If you are currently a Bill Pay client, your payments will be converted. Your recurring and future online bill payments, your payee information and 60 days of history will be saved and carried forward. The last day to schedule a new State Bank online bill payment is February 13, After February 13, 2019, State Bank s Online Bill Pay will be available in view-only mode. You will be able to schedule payments or add payees in Allegro! starting February 19,

18 CD-ROM If you are currently receiving a CD-ROM from State Bank & Trust for your ARP or Bank Statement, please know this process will NOT continue post-conversion. Cadence Bank provides information in Allegro! and enables you to download and save files onto your network. We encourage you to attend a training session to learn about this feature or contact your Treasury Management Client Support/Premier Partners for additional information. RETURN ITEMS If you are subscribed to the Information Reporting module, you will be able to view chargeback and return items in Allegro! Returns Summary: Summary list of incoming returned items; grouped by account number. Today s Returns: List of incoming returned items, grouped by account number. Return Reports: Create and export reports based on reason for return, disposition, etc. Notifications: Displays existing alerts and enables you to add new ones. ALERT NOTIFICATIONS Similar to Online Banking and Online Cash Manager, Allegro! provides you with the ability to set up notifications via or SMS. If you are currently setup in Online Banking and Online Cash Manager to receive certain notifications, your setup will be converted. Online Cash Manager also has the capability to display the notification(s) at Cash Manager login. Notification display at login is not a function offered in Allegro! If you are currently set up with this notification method, you will be converted to receive the notification via . Allegro! Notifications capability includes Daily Balance, Balance Threshold Alert, Transaction Alert, Successful Funds Transfer, Positive Pay Auto Import Notification, Positive Pay Decision Items, File Upload or File Needs Attention, Incoming Return Items and ACH Positive Pay Decision Items. QUICKBOOKS DIRECT CONNECT This service will not be available as is. If you use QuickBooks Direct Connect, the workaround is to establish QuickBooks Web Connect. You will need to enter your Allegro! User ID and Password, and QuickBooks will reach out to Allegro! to access information needed. This process will need to be repeated every time your password changes. Passwords will have to be re-entered in QuickBooks Web Connect every time your Allegro! password is updated. 16

19 REMOTE DEPOSIT CAPTURE (RDC) RDC can be found under the Receivables menu tab in Allegro! NEW RDC BENEFITS DESKTOP SCANNING AND REPORTING This service will be converted to Cadence Bank s RDC solution. We encourage you to attend one of the training sessions available live or recorded. Here s what to expect: Provisional Credit (Memo Posting): You will enjoy the provisional credit reflected in your account s Available Balance (intra day). On your current RDC service, you receive ledger posting at end of day processing. Scanner Driver Installation: Once you log in to Allegro! and select the RDC service, you will be prompted to download the scanner driver. Depending on the network security of your company, you may need a system administrator to download it for you. Please note that this driver does not interfere with any other drivers installed on your PC. Scanners: Our RDC service is compatible with most scanners available in the market (Digital Check, Burroughs, Cannon, CTS Electronics, Epson, Fujitsu, Kodak, NCR, Panini and RDM). While we do not anticipate an issue, should an incompatibility arise, a new one will be ordered for you. No Java Requirement: Your current RDC service requires Java Runtime Environment or Java Applet. It has been known to cause issues and it is difficult to maintain. Cadence s RDC solution does not require Java. Its only requirement is a web browser and the scanner driver. Web Browsers Supported: Our RDC service supports Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on Windows based workstations. On MAC OS X-based workstations, Apple Safari, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are supported. Extended Deposit Window: Deposits can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Files are processed every two hours beginning at 8 a.m. ET with last file at 8 p.m. ET. DESKTOP AND MOBILE SCANNING If your company currently has users with multiple Online Cash Manager user IDs to scan using both methods, your users will have only one ID going forward. With the robust capabilities of Allegro!, we are able to provide you with the convenience of a single login. To learn more about how to log in, please refer to Login Wizard section. Once you scan deposits, you will enjoy the provisional credit reflected in your Available Balance. Java is no longer required to run RDC application. Deposit window extended to 8 p.m. ET for same day ledger credit. 17

20 COMMERCIAL MOBILE RDC The Cadence Bank Commercial Mobile App enables you to scan multiple checks to be included in a deposit. The same desktop deposit windows and provisional credit processes apply to RDC deposits scanned in our Allegro! App. A new Allegro! User ID will be created and sent to System Administrators the first week of February RDC ACCESS WITHOUT SINGLE SIGN-ON (SSO) NOT CONVERTED If you are currently scanning checks by using a direct URL, you will be assigned an Allegro! ID. Allegro! has the capability to segregate user access to a single product such as RDC. For example, the user can have access to RDC but not to any other module such as Information Reporting, ACH, Wires or Statements. LOCKBOX SERVICES Your existing Lockbox services will not change. After conversion, you will be able to access Lockbox in Allegro! under the Receivables tab. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS ORIGINATING ACH FILES VIA SFTP ACH allows you to manage your payables and move funds with ease. If you are one of the few clients who are currently sending your NACHA formatted ACH origination file to State Bank & Trust via secure file transfer protocol (SFTP), please know that your connection will be converted to Cadence Bank. Here is what to expect: Test Cadence SFTP Website: A member of the Cadence Team will contact you to arrange for testing of the SFTP site the week of January 14. ACH Control Totals Notification: If you are currently sending ACH Control Totals to State Bank & Trust via , you will continue to do so to the new ACH Operations address at Cadence, which is: ach@cadencebank.com. 18

21 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ACCOUNT ANALYSIS CLIENTS If you are currently set up as an analyzed client, you will be converted to Cadence Bank s Account Analysis (AA). In addition to receiving your statement in print format, your Cadence account analysis statements will be available in Allegro! for online access for 7 years. ACCOUNT ANALYSIS SCHEDULE Because we value your relationship, and are committed to making your transition from State Bank to Cadence a positive experience, we are pleased to inform you that you will not be billed for account analysis service fees until April 2019 billing period. This means your February and March fees will be waived. The Cadence Bank Account Analysis schedule is different than your current billing schedule. All analyzed clients receive AA statements, per the following schedule: AA statements are printed and made available for online presentment on the 6th business day of the month for prior month activity. These initial AA statements provide the client with a preview of their monthly analysis fees before any fees are deducted from your billing account. Final AA statements are not printed but are available for online review in Allegro! for online presentment on the 15th calendar day of the month (next business day if 15th is holiday or weekend). If there are insufficient balances in your combined accounts to offset fees due, your designated billing account(s) will be debited. Your first account analysis statement from Cadence Bank will be printed and mailed for your preview on Wednesday, May 8 for April s analysis activity. Statements will also be available in Allegro! for your online review. Final statements will be uploaded to Allegro! on Wednesday, May 15 and billing account(s) will be debited for any charges that are not offset by earnings credit. If you are currently receiving a consolidated account analysis statement from State Bank, the account maintenance discount option currently available will be eliminated. Each account is billed at an individual level for services and earnings credit calculation. If accounts are grouped, then a combined statement is also generated with a consolidation of services and earnings credit that helps offset service charges. ACCOUNT ANALYSIS STRUCTURE Your account analysis statement will include your treasury management service fees along with your demand deposit account charges such as account maintenance, NSFs, etc. What this means is that your account will not be hard debited on the last business day of the month for your demand deposit account charges as it is currently. Your Cadence analysis statement will reflect the same services that you receive today, but you will see different service descriptions, line items and pricing details. 19

22 ACCOUNT ANALYSIS PRICING The Cadence Bank pricing model will be adopted for all services. You will see changes in the services details, descriptions and unit prices. However, your transition to the new pricing will be closely managed to ensure this transition is price neutral through June We will accomplish this by applying an increased Earnings Credit Rate (ECR) or special pricing so that your account debit will be similar to fees that you pay today. Contractual clients excluded. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ELECTRONIC BILLING PRESENTMENT AND PAYMENT CLIENTS Other than your deposit account being converted from State Bank & Trust to Cadence Bank s core system and Cadence Bank s name and logo replacing State Bank and Trust s on your EBPP website link, there is no change in the way you use your system. Our vendor, Transactis, will convert the files and send to Cadence Bank for processing. COMMERCIAL CASH VAULT SERVICES If you currently receive Commercial Cash Vault services, including Change Orders, Cash Deposits or Smart Safe Deposits, you will continue to receive these services. All deposits and change orders will be processed through Cadence s Virtual Vault service which is operated by our cash management partner, Loomis, one of the nation s leading providers. Your Treasury Management Officer will be contacting you prior to February 19 to discuss the transition and training opportunities. Virtual Vault transactional information is available for your review in the Allegro! portal. Allegro! is a cash management solution that integrates the services you need to manage cash balances, daily transactions and information. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON DEPOSIT SERVICES Large item return notifications will discontinue post conversion. You can view all returned items online under the Return Items module and set up notifications for Incoming Return Items. LOAN, INVESTMENT, AND TARGET BALANCE SWEEPS Your current sweep setup will be converted. All sweep activities will start on February 19 with your Cadence accounts for loans, zero-balanced accounts or target balance accounts. You will see sweep activities in your account transaction details at end of day processing. 20
