18 We intend to reset the model of engagement The driving forces for improving our engagement model: 1. Learning deeply about our customer needs so that we build solutions that meet your needs. 2. Testing hypotheses about our product and delivering value through two way dialog. 3. Gathering product input and advice through use of our partnership to shape solutions. 4. Defining the roadmap and go-to-market strategy Outcomes for Clients: Transparent and authentic dialog Focused prioritization of message Closer, more engaged partnership Better communications How C1 will achieve these outcomes: Champions invited into our progress hub Champions provide input on backlog prioritization C1 deliver working product / outcomes every two weeks C1 have more frequent touchpoints and share information collaboratively

19 Engagement We propose an inclusive engagement model that considers all of the system The engagement model has been designed to enable a solution for all of our clients High Ambassador Individuals from active champions who represent UXP to the system Low Active champions Advisory champions Digital banking clients Potential digital banking clients Clients who have active projects and work closely with the C1 team on UXP Highly engaged clients that help provide input into the product roadmap Clients that will be impacted by UXP in the future and need to be informed of key decisions and milestones achieved Clients and potential clients not currently on digital banking

Group these features into three buckets: ASAP, Next, Later Each bucket must contain 8 features Don t worry about complexity or effort at this stage just prioritize what is most important to your organization Return the spreadsheet to us by EOD, March 23. Please send one response from your organization. We ll compile the results and share
