1 Corrigendum Notice Annexure-I This is with reference to the RFP FOR SUPPLY, INTEGRATION, OPERATIONALISATION & MAINTENANCE OF CASH ACCEPTOR CUM ATM (CAA). In this regard, all the prospective bidders are requested to make note of the following points: S. No. Clause/ Sub Clause I. Pg.30 Eligibility Criteria point 9 Existing Clause The support for Currency bill Validation technology must be available for the entire period of the contract. An Undertaking from the Bidder must be enclosed with the bid certifying that in case the OEM is not able to provide support, the Bidder shall ensure requisite support from alternate arrangements for the entire duration of the contract of seven years. Amended Clause The support for Currency bill Validation technology must be available for the entire period of the contract. An Undertaking from the OEM must be enclosed with the bid certifying that in case the Bidder is not able to provide support, the OEM shall ensure requisite support from alternate arrangements for the entire duration of the contract of seven years. Pg. 8 SOW Point. 13 The bidder shall customize display screens in graphic mode in bilingual (Hindi, English and the local language of respective state) and also for touch screen format for all transactions undertaken on CAA. It will be the responsibility of the bidder to create, customize and deploy the required screens in the CAAs. The above features are to be bundled with the Machines CAA should have vinyl wrapped as per the Banks branding at no extra cost to the bank. An undertaking from the OEM to be provided The bidder/oem should have valid ISO 9001: 2008 or higher Certification ISO 9001: 2008 or higher certificate The bank will provide customize display screens in graphic mode in bilingual (Hindi, English and the local language of respective state) and also for touch screen format for all transactions undertaken on CAA to the bidder. It will be the responsibility of the bidder to deploy the required display screens in the CAAs without any extra cost to the bank. The above features are to be bundled with the Machines CAA should have vinyl wrapped as per the Bank s branding. The bank will provide graphics for branding and the vinyl wrapping will be done by the bidder before CAA s installation at no extra cost to the bank. Page 1 of 5

Pg. 8 Scope of Work Clause 9 Bidder shall arrange CAA screens as per bank s requirement during UAT without any additional cost to the bank The bidder will be required to deploy the required CAA screens (provided by the bank) in the CAAs during UAT without any extra cost to the bank. VI. Pg.19 Delivery Period VII. Pg.21 Warranty clause : Warranty should cover the following activities Six weeks from the date of order placement. The bidder shall be fully responsible for the warranty for all equipments, accessories, spare parts etc. against any defects arising from design, material, manufacturing, workmanship or any act or omission of the manufacturer and/or any defect that may develop under normal use of supplied CAA during warranty period. The CAA machine should be attended within 4 hours of receipt of complaint (exclusive of travelling time). In case problems persist, systems should be replaced within 24 hours of receiving complaint and alternate system should be given till machine is repaired. The replaced CAA should be installed by the bidder at no extra cost to the Bank, so that normal job of the Bank may not hamper Warranty would cover free updates/maintenance patches/bug fixes (available from the original software vendor) for system software & firmware patches/bug fixes, if any, for hardware. The bidder will obtain written acknowledgement from Bank after completion of warranty period for successful sign off of warranty period In case of repetitive hardware failure (two or three times in a quarter) it shall be replaced by equivalent new system by bidder at no extra cost to Bank. The bidder should provide onsite preventive maintenance (PM) every quarter during the Eight weeks from the date of order placement. The bidder shall be fully responsible for the warranty for all equipments, accessories, spare parts etc. against any defects arising from design, material, manufacturing, workmanship or any act or omission of the manufacturer and/or any defect that may develop under normal use of supplied CAA during warranty period. In case problems persist, the faulty hardware item should be repaired/ replaced within 24 hours of receiving complaint. In case the faulty hardware item could not be repaired/ replaced then the bidder will have to arrange for the alternate CAA machine and its installation within 7 days till the faulty machine is repaired, without any extra cost to the bank, so that normal job of the Bank may not hamper. In case CAA becomes down due to repetitive failure of particular hardware (two or three times in a quarter) the CAA shall be replaced by equivalent new system by bidder at no extra cost to Bank. Pg Technical Part-C Point 5 Card reader should have a comprehensive Anti Skimming solution with following capabilities/features: 1) Sense any foreign material/device/attachment in surround of the card reader and send message/signal to switch and to the Remote ATM/ CAA Monitoring Solution (ESQ) deployed by the Bank which takes feed from Switch 2) Should be able to send signal to Switch to put CAA out of service and block the card reader from accepting any more card insertions 3) Block the card reader entry to the card reader slot when such suspicious activity happens 4) It should also have the provision to sense any suspicious anti-cloning activity attempted through insertion of wire or similar mechanism in the CAA machine (Bidder to submit complete details of Anti-Skimming Device) Card reader should have a comprehensive Anti Skimming solution with following capabilities/features: 1) Sense any foreign material/device/attachment in surround of the card reader and send message/signal to switch and to the Remote ATM/ CAA Monitoring Solution (ESQ) deployed by the Bank which takes feed from Switch 2) Should be able to send signal to Switch to put CAA out of service 3) It should also have the provision to sense any suspicious anti-cloning activity attempted through insertion of wire or similar mechanism in the CAA machine (Bidder to submit complete details of Anti-Skimming Device) Page 3 of 5

The successful Bidder shall have to enable the voice facility (Text to Speech) as per IBA transaction flow guidelines to help the visually challenged persons in all CAAs. The functionality is required for all CAAs to be installed under this RFP. The text to speech facility should be available in all CAAs as per the IBA guidelines. The facility should be enabled initially in Hindi and English and should come in all CAAs in preinstalled mode. Implementation of facility in other languages may be required in future, for which the Bank may ask the vendor to implement at mutually agreed price and efforts. This feature (separate screen flow and voice guidance) should be activated at the time of insertion of earphone jack by the cardholder in the designated slot on CAA fascia.
