History: Our YMP-Mundus Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Mundus ) has been established and commenced the business operation in Japan, since April 1 in 2013, as a part of our president Mr. Yamaguchi's grouped companies (like a financial combine). Mr. Yamaguchi is also the president of Daiwa Can Company. Mundus means the universe or the cosmos in Latin. 2. Mission: Our Mundus's mission is to create and expand new businesses, and for performing such businesses we have the following advantages based on the Mr. Yamaguchi s direct instruction. To quickly and promptly decide and execute any work regarding a new business To study, check and review a business, development, or innovation plan in collaboration with an academia or manufacturing team To expand a new business not only in Japan but also in USA or EU To organize any player or partner in connection with a new business 3. Business Activities Mundus has been established as a new business creator and operation company in collaboration with academia researchers, business partners or a member of the grouped companies. Our business model is based on new technologies and a new market. Based on the decision of the president, Mr. Yamaguchi, and the board members to establish the following business units to diversify our business activities: 1) Development and Manufacturing /Sales Management of Medical Devices: Air-Bag System to provide irradiation positioning useful in actual radiation therapy settings Higher precise therapy can be supported with being observed patient respiratory rhythm in radiation therapy by the Air-Bag System. In Japan, this Air-Bag System has been cleared through the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law in Japan process. Its registration number is 22600BZX dated March 24 in In the USA, this device has been cleared through FDA 510(k) process. Its registration number is K dated March 14, ) Consulting and Management for Energy saving and Environmental Measure related Project: We can consult and manage an energy saving and environmental measure related, mainly an overseas project. We can perform business development on waste water purification technology. 3) Consulting and Development for Machining Technology: Based on investigation results and achievements at Osaka University, solution of technical problems about machining can be presented to machine tool users. Know-how of machining technology can be disseminated and problems of users in real field are shared among user network. Anybody can join in this network without any charge or cost. 4) Project management and integration by knowledge engineering. To improve manufacturing processes or education, K-Factory introduces analytical technology, tools and information systems based on knowledge engineering. pg. 3

4 5) Development and Sales for Care-equipment equipment: To support the aged people s daily life, K-Factory designs and develops care-equipment in corporation with academia and nursing-care services companies. 6) Smart-manual manual based on ontology engineering: This technology supports improving the manuals understandability and reducing cost for maintenance by hierarchical organization of them. At the same time this technology supports managements of related documents linking with the manual. 7) Consulting and Coordination for Food Safety and Chemical Analysis: For food safety, we can establish and operate its related network system and can prepare or consult the FDA related notification or application documents. We can support an operation service for AnalyzejNet (Web-based Chemical Analysis Service) in collaboration with YMP-i (YMP-international Corporation who is a sister company of YMP-Mundus Corporation and is also under the management of Mr. Yamaguchi). In this business unit, we have executed the business activities related to GEA Procomac S.p.A., in principle, a maintenance service for Daiwa Can, in collaboration with SNKS ASEPTECHNO Co., Ltd. 5. Company Brochure: Due to the diversity of our business field, we have not prepared the company brochure and have explained or made a presentation of our business activity to customers, using the company profile (refer to Attachment 1) 1 and the customized presentation material appropriate to and depending on the business field or the customer concerned. Information on Members of Management: Mr. MATSUNAMI, the vice-president of Mundus, is responsible for any business activity related to GEA Procomac S.p.A. and the representative of the business field Consulting and Coordination for Food Safety and Chemical Analysis as described in 7) of 4 above. He was working for Toyo Engineering Corporation as a project or proposal manager mainly for overseas industrial plant projects (not only plant installation but also advanced technology implementation), and changed jobs to establish YMP-international Corporation in 2000 under the management of Mr. Yamaguchi. He has worked for YMP-international and established YMP-Mundus Corporation. Mr. Matsunami is the president of YMP-international as well as the vice-president of YMP-Mundus.
