3 Partner/ Sponsor Brochure Dear Partner PLM Europe User Group e.v. is pleased to introduce you to our Siemens PLM Connection 2019 conference. Following on from last year s very successful event, which brought together more than 1250 attendees from 36 countries, we are pleased to announce that the 2019 Conference will take place Oct. 7 th to Oct. 9 th 2019 again at the Estrel Convention Centre in Berlin/ Germany. We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to participate in this prestigious event. In 2019 you will have again the option The brochure gives you details of the marketing opportunities at this year s conference. Our focus is to be the Voice of Siemens PLM Software Users and to support this we host an annual conference. The Partner Program is extended to companies marketing products and services to Siemens PLM Software customers. Through our group, our partners gain a competitive edge by effectively and efficiently identifying new marketing opportunities, as well as strengthening existing customer relations. The contact database is growing daily and gives Partners access to more users than ever before. We also strive to give you maximum opportunity to interact with the users of all Siemens PLM Software products during the conference.

4 General Information All registered Partner / Sponsors are requested to plan their arrival for set up on Sunday, Oct. 6th. The set up can start from 3 pm in the Solution centre / Exhibition hall. Partner / Sponsor who will use the delivery service from MSE will have their booth equipment at their booth. 5 Call for Presentations In 2019 we are pleased to offer speaker slots for Gold Partner in one of our Knowledge Theatre sessions. (available on request) Share your work and experiences with your peers. Get helpful feedback on your ideas and approaches and increase your visibility in your industry and attend Siemens PLM Connection Europe/PLM Europe for free. If your presentation will be held by one of your customers and is accepted we will invite this person to the conference free of charge, however travel and accommodation will not be paid for. Presenter who are employed by your company are part of your ticket package. The Call for Presentations on our website is only for users of Siemens PLM Software solutions/products and not for Siemens PLM employees. For more information please click here or visit our webpage at to view agenda and presenter guidelines we will continue to provide the highest quality keynote presentation opportunities, management, process and, including the significant networking/partner area. Diamond and Premium Partners will have the right to provide a Customer Keynote Presentation. Important: This Keynote presentation must be done by a customer, presenting a great success story. Partner Company information should only have 3 4 slides. All abstracts must be at the Users Office no later than June 30 th for review. Our agenda team will confirm (or reject) at latest on Aug. 15 th to the speakers. Throughout the conference we recognise the important role our partners play and based on feedback from the last event we have incorporated many improvements. Again for the 2019 event we have decided to include the Partner sessions within our Product breakout tracks to maximise session attendance. In doing so we ask you to identify a customer success story to align with your presentation and tie into one of our product tracks. We are also increasing your exposure by giving you coverage in our newsletters and on our website by giving you the opportunity to provide a brief description of your products & services. Above all we have carefully considered all the factors in selecting the exhibition location, to give you maximum exposure throughout the event. This includes moving the breakfast location to the Partner Exhibition area. We hope you will be impressed with the improvements to this year s program.

6 Mission PLM Europe is an independent User Group which brings together Siemens PLM Software customers, Partners and Siemens PLM Software. Our mission is to provide a collaborative network opportunity to share experiences, ideas, information and best practices. Our goal is to enable business success and allow influencing the future direction of software development. Why participate? Partner / Sponsor / Partner Benefits Contact and influence users in several ways at the conference, preconference invitations or communications, web presence, logo awareness, and opportunities to talk to the attendees. Differentiate yourself from other partners through: tiered packages of marketing opportunities, internet presence on our PLM Europe website, booth space in the partner area, prominent logo placements. Exhibition - NEW LAYOUT Every year we get more and more attendees in and we have to take notice of this. Because of this yearly growing no of participants we had to change the layout of the Exhibition Hall. We placed booth places # 1 11 along the wall to the Plenary Hall. You can see on the layout the difference to last year. To make sur we can place all attendees in the Plenary hall for the opening, Keynotes and closing sessions, we had to extend the Plenary Hall and reconfigured the Exhibition layout. After the Plenary Sessions we will open the doors next to places no 1 and 11. Behind this wall we have now more space to extend the catering space and you have a short way to sit down with your customers.

7 Tradition and Going Green As a good and nice tradition on Sunday evening we will have again our Welcome reception. It would be the first option for you to get already in contact with the first arrivals. As usual all coffee breaks, lunches and Tuesday evening dinner will take place in the Exhibition Hall.. This gives you the chance to get in direct contact with attendees during the conference and breaks. Again in 2019 we are going green In 2019 we want to have all partner USBs min. size 4 GB send to the Users Office Karla Kluth and the flyers by mail again as a PDF (max. size 1 MB) send to: Karla.Kluth@plm-europe.org no later than August 10 th 2019 PLM Europe will copy all PDF s on 1 USB Stick for all attendees to make sure we avoid the enormous paper flow. This will save time and money for you print- and delivery cost to the Event Location.

8 Tombola Raffle - Lottery All Partner / Sponsors can take part in our Tombola/Raffle/Lottery if they sponsor a nice price. Each participating sponsor will be mentioned on our punch card. Only customers will get a punch card. They need to visit all Partners / Sponsors, get a stamp and must put their punch card into our lottery box until Wednesday 10. a.m. We will do the drawing again on Wednesday during Lunch in the Solution/Exhibition Hall. Thanks to our sponsor and partner in 2018 for their contribution to take part in the lottery.

9 Partner / Sponsor / Sponsor Packages In 2019 we will continue with the Exhibition/Sponsor Packages as in 2018 There is a small change in ordering the different Sponsor packages. Diamond and Premium Partner Logos will have prominent logo on the main stage. All other logos will be visible on main stage as well. Diamond and Premium Partner can place an advertisement on the printed agenda. All other logos will be show on the printed agenda and website We continue in 2019 with this format. There will be a big Plenum on Monday and Wednesday with Customer Keynote presentation. The Diamond Partner has the right to bring the Monday Customer keynote for the big Plenum. We will have additional Keynote sessions available in the product breakout rooms. This will result in more attendees because these keynotes will be product oriented sessions. All Abstracts for these presentations need to be with the Users Office no later than June 30 th 2019 missing this deadline will result in loosing the slot

Please inform MSE upfront by mail if you will send your booth equipment to them or advise them your shipment will come from outside of Europe and need special handling service. 18 Logistic Time Table All out of one hand this is our solution for you for 2019! again Get all you need for your booth out of one hand MSE. We recommend you will send your booth equipment to our logistic company MSE in order to make sure your equipment will be delivered direct to your booth. It can happen, if you deliver your staff to the warehouse of the Estrel convention centre no one will deliver your material to your booth, or no one can find it. Make sure your shipping agent (or sub-contractor) will be at the Estrel Convention Centre in time. After 5 pm there is no contact person available If you need support in returning your shipment, please contact plm_userconnect@mse-pro.de you can request a special form from him. Deadline: Neither PLM Europe Karla Kluth, nor the Estrel Convention centre or MSE Productions GmbH are responsible for your return shipment or any losses.

19 Partner/ Sponsor Program Application 2019 Conference Rules & Regulations Partners who get an attendee list are allowed to use this list for advertisement prior to the conference. They are not allowed to use this list for any advertisement, Newsletter or any kind of marketing activities after the conference. Sponsor may not host any activities without prior agreement from PLM Europe outside the conference schedule of events. This includes but is not limited to marketing meetings, use of hospitality suites, special events or other private functions. Failure to comply with this will result in immediate termination of Partner / Sponsor benefits. Distribution of promotional material to conference attendees hotel rooms, public areas, or in technical sessions is strictly prohibited without prior approval from PLM Europe. Use of hotel and conference-related facility communication system to promote Partner / Sponsors or their products is also prohibited. Partner / Sponsors must not engage in sales activities, including direct or indirect solicitation, or conduct any other activity contrary to purpose or policies of PLM Europe at a PLM Europe sponsored activity, without the express consent of PLM Europe. Partner / Sponsors agree not to display any products or literature promoting competing Siemens PLM Software products or services. Set-up and dismantle hours specified in the schedule are subject to change, in which case all Partner / Sponsors will be notified in writing. If an exhibit is not set up by h on Sunday, Oct. 28 th 2019, PLM Europe reserves the right to re-assign such space to another Partner / Sponsor to make other use of the space as deemed necessary or appropriate at the expense of the Partner / Sponsor. Exhibits are to be kept intact until the closing of the Partner / Sponsor Trade Fair. No part of an exhibit shall be removed during the Fair without special permission from PLM Europe. It is the responsibility of the Partner / Sponsor to arrange for the collection and shipping of their booth collateral after the event. PLM Europe does not allow any food or beverages to be served by Partner / Sponsors in any part of the exhibit area without permission of PLM Europe. Partner / Sponsors are prohibited from assigning or subletting a booth or any part of the space allotted to them. Nor shall they exhibit or permit to be exhibited in their space any merchandise or advertising material that are not part of their regular products, or that are not compatible with the character of PLM Europe, without a written request and approval from PLM Europe. PLM Europe reserves the right to remove any portion of an exhibit that is not in accordance with these rules with our prior approval Sponsorships: All sponsorships are granted on a first come first served basis. All companies will be made aware of the possible sponsorship at the same time via an containing this document and posting on our website. Payment: Terms are as follows: When the Package and/or Partner / Sponsor Level has been reserved, the total amount will be invoice and must be paid within 30 days net. All reservations with

All reservations with signed insertion orders are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the Partner / Sponsor is responsible for full payment. Advertising: All event plans, advertisements, Logos, etc. must be approved by PLM Europe prior to the conference. The EPS file must be provided by the Partner / Sponsors no later than Aug. 15 th 2019 to the User Group office. The production and installation will be arranged by PLM Europe Liability: The conference Partner / Sponsor assumes all responsibility for any and all loss, theft or damage to the Partner / Sponsor s display, equipment and other property whilst on the conference host s premises. Furthermore, the Partner / Sponsor waives any claim or demand it may have against the host or affiliates arising from such loss, theft or damage. Security: This will be provided after the show from 6.00 pm 8.00 am (overnight). PLM Europe will not accept responsibility for Partner / Sponsor s personal items or valuable objects. Any smaller items of value should be removed from the exhibit area while Partner / Sponsors are not present. Insurance: Each Partner / Sponsor shall carry and maintain all liability insurance. Participating Partner / Sponsors assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury or damage to Partner / Sponsor s displays, equipment and other property brought to the host s premises. The Partner / Sponsor shall indemnify and not hold responsible PLM Europe or agents for any and all damages, claims and/or destruction including theft or mysterious disappearance to any and all equipment owned by, leased to or utilized by Partner / Sponsors. Name Usage: Participation by an Partner / Sponsor in the PLM Europe conference does not entitle the Partner / Sponsor to use the PLM Europe name, conference graphic or conference theme (other than with reference to the Partner / Sponsor s participation in the conference) without permission from PLM Europe. Participation on the conference does not imply endorsement or approval by PLM Europe of any product, service, or participant, and non shall be claimed by any participant. General: All matters and questions not covered by these rules & regulations are subject to the decision of the PLM Europe Board of Directors. These regulations may be amended at any time by PLM Europe and all amendments that may be so made shall be equally binding on all parties affected by them, as are the original regulations. In the event of any amendment or additions to these regulations, written notice will be given by PLM Europe to such Partner / Sponsors as may be affected by them.

21 Payment Conditions We do accept payments via credit card as well with 5 % additional charge for credit card cost. Please contact first the users office at Karla.Kluth@plm-europe.org We must receive all payments in full 30 days after invoice date in order to confirm your participation as a conference Partner / Sponsor. all bookings need to be paid before Oct. 1 st 2019 Cancellations after July 15 th will not be refunded.
