5 BrO: A New Digital Approach for In-store Logistics Practices. Bro is an application on the store management side of retail, which allows the management of the support functions to be managed through smart devices by store staff. Bro is highly centered on store employees operational daily tasks.

6 Why we need BrO? To use Cash point s terminal only for CRM + SALES issues. For ERP s stock management operations we needed smart devices and digital application. We needed to remove central-to-field communication for the ERP operative processes. Have change store support to instant messaging. We needed to manage the ERP stock management process live with better integration via cloud based. We needed to increase stock accuracy for omni channel operations. We needed to focus more on sales communication and customer relations. Spend less time and effort on operational inventory management. We needed linked branded new retail applications, like daily delivery couriers, dry cleaning, and parcel tracking network.
