6 Online Recognition Programs In addition to our print-based booklet and certificate program, Select-A-Gift offers a web-based approach to recognition with Online Gift Programs. Completely customized, these redemption websites allow recipients to log into a secure personal gift account and select a single item from the gift category they have been awarded. username & password can be retrieved if forgotten Secure Login recipients view only the appropriate gift category Select-A-Gift builds a customized website utilizing the client s logo, theme, colors and images along with any special messages about the program. The recipient may log into his or her secure personal gift account and is allowed to view and select a gift from the items available in the gift category awarded. Utilizing a combination of print and web-based components will allow recipients the flexibility of deciding which gift selection method best suits their needs. Booklets may be customized with the company s logo and artwork and personalized with the recipient s name and years of service. Each gift booklet will include a matching order form which gives the recipient the option of mailing in his or her gift selection or visiting the company s customized redemption website and logging in with a username and password to select the gift of his or her choice immediately. Whether recipients decide to order their gift selections by filling out and mailing in the order form or visiting the redemption website and placing their orders online they will be able to view and select from only the gift category they have been awarded. If addresses are made available, recipients who have neglected to select their gift by a certain date may be sent a customized reminder to make sure they do not forget about their gift. Program Administrators will have the luxury of accessing web-based reports detailing recipient account information and order details at any time, in the same manner as with an Online Gift Program

9 Recognition Program Terms and Conditions Gift Booklet Mailing Recognition packages may be mailed directly to each recipient or to a central location to be personally awarded. Please provide us with each recipient s address information and the return address to use if booklets are to be mailed directly to the recipient. Shipping of the gift is included in the cost of the gift category. Order Processing Orders can ship out same day if they are received by noon central time. Rush orders are available on request and are completed free of charge. During the holiday season (September - December) please allow extra days for the processing of each order. There are no minimum orders. Payment Plans Orders for gift booklets, online certificates and Award Cards may be prepaid or Billed Upon Redemption (BUR). Billed Upon Redemption programs incur an additional upfront processing charge per recipient. Prepaid programs have a one time, single invoice. BUR programs invoice as often as items are ordered and shipped. Lost Redemption Cards If the redemption card number is known, Select-A-Gift will issue a replacement subject to a processing charge. If the redemption card number is not known, Select-A-Gift will issue a new card and invoice as a new order. Lost redemption cards will be credited at the time of reconciliation. Unused Gift Booklets All unused booklets may be credited at the time of reconciliation, which must be requested by or fax. All credits are subject to a processing charge. Shipments Outside the Contiguous U.S. International shipments are available for participants in any program and will incur additional charges. Status Reports Reports are available at anytime free of charge and can be faxed, mailed or ed to Program Administrators. Status reports detail the certificate numbers, outstanding certificates and redeemed certificates plus any accompanying order information

20 Payment Details Gift Booklet Mailing Select-A-Gift will mail each recipient his or her own booklet and certificate for $3. All address information must be forwarded using a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. In addition, please provide us with the return address for the envelopes. Billed Upon Redemption Gift Booklets and Certificates There is a $2 processing fee for all billed upon redemption booklets and certificates. Items redeemed will not be invoiced until shipped. Award Cards All Award Cards are customized in full color on the front side and black text on the back side. All customization of the card is complimentary; simply provide us with the artwork. Point Certificates Point Certificates are billed upon redemption. Items will be invoiced once they are shipped. The certificates cost 25 cents each. Online Program Details Contact us for any pricing information and demonstrations. All websites can be customized with unlimited content. Late Redemptions On occasion we will continue to receive redemption cards after reconciliation credits have been issued. If this occurs, we will request authorization to fulfill the selected gift. Upon approval, the gift will be shipped and drawn against your account credit. Lost Redemption Cards If a redemption card is lost and the number is known, Select-A-Gift will reissue the redemption card and booklet for $2 plus shipping. If the redemption card number is not known, Select-A-Gift will reissue and invoice as a new order. Lost redemption cards will be credited at the time of reconciliation.
