5 ORDER INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS software is sold as an annual subscription service. ALL S ARE IN US DOLLARS () STANDARD Subscriptions are available in multiple of 1, 3, 5,10,15,20 users. Each New license purchase includes 3 incidences of free support, training or implementation, per 5 user subscription. With each subscription, following additional benefits are offered for a full 12 months: 1. Free Request more shapes service 2. Product updates and library updates via the internet 24/7. Note: Free Support incidences expire after 12 months from date of purchase. WIRE-TRANSFER INFORMATION Contact us at (Central Time Zone/USA) or Sales@NetZoom.com to receive wire transfer information. MEDIA PACK If installing On Premises, Product updates can be downloaded via the Internet 24/7 with a valid subscription. Subscription gives you full access to the online library. IF ORDER INCLUDES SHIPMENT SHIPPING TO USA AND CANADA If your order includes Media Pack for shipment to US or Canada, your total shipping cost is $30 USD. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE USA AND CANADA) If your order includes Media Packs for shipment to countries other than USA and Canada, your total shipping cost is $100 US. This is subject to additional charges based on the final destination. All other fees including customs fees, usage fees, and taxes are the direct responsibility of the customer. Alternatively, customers may choose to provide UPS/FedEx courier account number for their shipments. CHANGE OF ADDRESS Customer must notify Altima of any change of address for shipping the Media Packs. NOTE: Returned shipments will not be resent. EXPIRED SUBSCRIPTION If your subscription has expired, you will not be able to access the NetZoom product. PAID SERVICES Paid services are sold like a product is sold. Each implementation/service incidence (up to one hour of professional service time) is charged as one support incidence. Paid services can be purchased at the time of placing an order for or at a later time. Service incidences are not sold to, nor may they be used by, those who do not possess an active (non-expired/non-blocked) license/subscription for. Purchased incidence or hours for Support/Professional services must be used within 2 years from original date of purchase. Any FREE support hours must be used within 12-months from original date of purchase. Purchased training for NetZoom must be used within the first 12-months. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS There are no refunds or exchanges on NetZoom purchases, Implementation/Professional service incidence or hours, or Training. AUDITING FOR COMPLIANCE During the term of this Agreement, ALTIMA shall be entitled to an independent audit of usage to determine compliance with the EULA or the terms of the Agreement. The audit shall be to verify the number of authorized User and will be conducted in a manner to least likely disrupt the customer s business operations. While performing the audit described above on customer s premises, ALTIMA and its personnel will comply with all Customer s security procedures, rules, regulations, policies, holiday, and office/working schedules.
