Sage X3 is now called Sage Business Cloud Management with release on 17 th March 2018 in NA region and 14 th April 2018 in EU region.

9 GDPR Visual Process A ready-to-use home page for GDPR with all links and direct accesses to the functions that are needed is designed and provided and can be personalized to the individual needs. A new standard visual process dedicated to GDPR is delivered, with all relevant links to the Management features. Intended to provide a base from which you can easily adapt to your own processes and organization as required.

10 Assignment for project linked order - PJM Management provides you with the ability to design and allocate dedicated home pages, allowing you to group the information you might need on a dashboard and designing visual processes to easily access the relevant functions. Creation and management of an assignment to fulfill a PJM task requirement Transform the assignment in allocation on the PJM task when the resources is received and entered in stock

11 Data Integration for time entry- PJM Several customers use the data collection through a 3rd party mobile entry solution. Now this data can easily be added to the corresponding project. Data from 3 rd party mobile entry solutions can be imported into the time entry function of PJM.

12 EDI Enhancement French customers can create and issue electronic invoices in hybrid format, which are then processed by an EDI partner to the official French platform for exchange of e-invoices CHORUS. Generation of attachments linked to the EDI XML file.

13 On the occasion of the modernization of the rules on origin of the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) scheme, the procedures for issuing proof of origin have been evolved. In order to be able to issue these certificates of origin, operators will, in certain cases, necessarily have to obtain the status of registered exporter (EE) and an identification number known as "REX" number (for "Registered Exporter System"). To help users to manage this kind of declaration, the REX number can be entered on the site or company record and is printed on the invoices or deliveries reports if the company issuing the document is in the European Union and the delivered customer country is in the Generalized System of Preferences. And conversely. This improvement is submitted to the REX activity code.

14 To get a consistent revision management process across the sales module, the same level of tracking as it is currently within the sales orders feature is required. Now it is possible to track and understand all the updates made on each individual quote. Sales representatives can track the modification made on a quote and track a revision number after modifying the quote.

15 for Costing As a multi phase project, Point in Time valuation will provide a means to successfully reconcile the stock value to the general ledger as well as provide troubleshooting tools to identify issues within a reconciliation period. PIT - Stock valuation summary and detail reports The existing Stock valuation report is updated to provide enhanced layouts according to the valuation method selected.
