3 Introduction The FRCS Free POS system is an ios POS app for any small or medium-sized business. It offers the end user a friendly interface which incorporates touch input while interfacing to the standard of POS needed in the retail industry. The product was designed to resolve the need for a fully functional mobile POS solution required in retail stores where the necessity to satisfy customer convenience is of the utmost importance, while allowing a retailer to easily support and run the POS application without complex adjustments. How FRCS free POS can help you Expand Selling Space - FRCS Free POS app does not require any fixed area or additional space in the premises. Freed up space can be used for expanding produce presentation. Minimize Queueing By using FRCS Free POS, your customers won t have to wait in long lines at the POS. You can check them out anytime and anywhere in the premises. Highest Trading Periods - FRCS Free POS app comes in very handy for rush hours, special promotions and outdoor sales. Customer First - FRCS Free POS app allows you to walk your customer through the premises offering assistance, eliminating the need for the customer to wait for service or check out. This kind of shopping offers the most personal experiences and will bring new levels of customer satisfaction to your business. Page 3 of 29

4 How to install and configure FRCS free POS Before you install Requirements Before you can start using FRCS free POS app, make sure you have met several requirements: Functioning ios handheld device (iphone or ipad) running on ios 11 + Available internet connectivity Functional built-in camera Active account on TAP portal (for more information on using TAP portal, please refer to User Manual for Taxpayer Portal Installation App download and certificates Before you can start issuing receipts, you need to download FRCS free POS app onto your handheld device (iphone or ipad) from the following URL on App Store: Insert link here (When available) Next, visit TAP portal at or and request certificate(s) issuing (for more information on how to request certificate(s) issuing, please refer to User Manual for Taxpayer Portal, Request additional Certificates section) Installing certificates Once your request for certificate(s) issuing has been approved, you will receive an with all necessary files, credentials: UID(s), password(s) and POS Access Code (PAC), and activation URL(s). HELP TIP: Since you will have to install the certificate(s) on your handheld device, we suggest you open the and save the files directly from your device. For this action, you need to use default Apple mail app. NOTE: Installing certificates applies only for accessing V-SDC, and it's not required for accessing E-SDC. Page 4 of 29

6 If not already installed, you can install ICA and RCA only once on the device and environment on which you will use FRCS free POS. 8 Repeat the process for all attached files. (ICA, RCA and.pfx file) If you have to install the certificate from.pfx file, then you will have to enter a valid password ed to you along with the.pfx file(s). However, if you are downloading certificates via activation link, downloaded files will have p12 extension. 9 Configuring FRCS free POS Now that you have installed necessary certificate(s), it's time to configure the app prior to actual use. You can do that by launching the app, going to Settings page, option Certificates and selecting a valid certificate by clicking on it. Figure 13 Choose certificate. (You will have to enter PAC) Figure 14 Certificate selected Here you will find a list of all installed certificates you want to use when signing invoices. NOTE: You can choose only one certificate. 10 Connecting to V-SDC or E-SDC In order to configure the connection to V-SDC, select SDC Server from Settings menu item: Figure 15 Select SDC Location Once you access the dialog, enter name of the server, its URL, and tap on Update. NOTE: App comes with already set SDC location / server for Production environment. Active V-SDC servers (In the current version of the FRCS free POS app, URL needs to end with "/"): Production: Staging: Figure 16 Adding V-SDC or E-SDC connection NOTE: Only one connection can be established at a time, meaning you can either connect to V-SDC or E-SDC server, but never both at the same time. 11 Adding Taxes In order to access add new taxes dialog, from the Settings Menu, tap on Taxes: Figure 17 Select Taxes Once you have accessed the listing, tap on top right icon to add a new tax. Add Tax label and tap Enter. NOTE: App comes with already set Tax rates. Production and Staging environments have the same tax labels. Valid tax labels: Tax Label A - VAT Tax Label B - Tax on net Tax Label E - STT Tax Label F - ECAL Tax Label P - Plastic Bag Levy Page 11 of 29

12 Figure 18 Select Taxes Figure 19 Valid tax label listing You can also delete taxes by tapping on icon (trashcan), because there is no option for editing already entered taxes. Adding Cashier You can easily add one or more cashiers by tapping on Cashier TIN from Settings menu: Figure 20 Add Cashier You can add all cashiers that will be using your POS app on that particular device by tapping icon, however only one can be active. You can always swap between cashiers, depending on their working shifts, by simply tapping on cashier's name. Page 12 of 29

13 Add new cashier by tapping and entering their Name and/or employee Tax Identification Number (TIN). To edit existing cashiers, tap on their name and tap Edit in the top of the screen. Figure 21 Cashier list To delete existing cashier, simply tap on trashcan icon. Page 13 of 29

14 Working with FRCS Free POS Now that you have met all necessary requirements, it's time to start using your FRCS free POS app. Managing catalog items Before you can start issuing invoices, you have to add your products / services to the Catalog. Tap on and select Catalog. icon Figure 22 Select catalog In order to add items, tap on icon, and fill in all mandatory fields, Name and Unit price - in addition you can add GTIN and Tax label (most items will have A label), which are optional. 15 Figure 23 Fill in product / service info Figure 24 Product / service list To browse the Catalog items, you can tap on icon search icon in to top right corner and enter item's name or GTIN. To delete existing items, tap on icon To edit existing item, tap on Edit. Creating invoices When you have successfully added all your products / services to the Catalog, you are finally all set up for issuing the invoices. On initial use, there will be no invoices. Tap on icon and select. Once you click, You can add items by using one of three options on the top right Search by Name or GTIN, tap on to add a new item, or scan GTIN by tapping on and use your device's camera. When you have added all required items, tap on screen. on the bottom of the Page 15 of 29

Figure 27 Change quantity At this point you can enter Buyer TIN and Cost Center (if required), choose Invoice type and Transaction, and Payment method. NOTE: FRCS free POS supports all invoice types (Normal, Proforma, Training and Copy). Invoice types Normal sale: It applies to all goods and services sold to a customer or another business by any means of payment Proforma: Billing for payment before providing the service or product typically calls for a Pro forma invoice. 17 Training: This type is used only when its necessary to train a cashier for operations in real working environment. This type is monitored by FRCS and will attract audit if frequently used Copy: re-issuing of a Normal sale receipt Figure 28 Invoice Types Figure 29 Reference Document No NOTE: If you choose Refund or Copy, a mandatory Ref. Doc. No field will appear on the invoice dialog. NOTE: Ref. Doc. No field represents a referent No. of a Normal Sale invoice type. If you want to delete a single item, tap on icon next to that item. You can delete all items from the invoice by tapping on icon. When you have added all required items and their quantities, simply tap on to finish. NOTE: On the first launch, and each time the app has been relaunched, prior to finishing the receipt, you have to enter PAC for V-SDC connection or PIN for E-SDC connection. In addition, if you change the certificate, you will have to enter a valid PAC / PIN as well. Page 17 of 29

19 Sharing Receipts Once you have finished the receipt, you can share it with your customer in several ways. You can print it to Google Print, send it via Bluetooth, it or save it as.pdf, etc... by tapping on top right. 20 NOTE: The list of available apps for sharing / storing, will vary, based on the apps installed on your device. Journal Here you can find the list of all issued invoices on your device. Figure 35 List of all issued invoices Figure 36 Search invoices If you are looking for a specific invoice(s) tap on advanced search icon Data Management FRCS free POS enables you to import or export Catalog items and issued Receipts, and that can save you a lot of time when configuring the app. Export and Import Catalog FRCS free POS app enables integration with other systems: Products/Services and prices are defined in company HQ List is exported in.json format and sent to travelling salesmen Travelling Salesman imports new catalog New products, services and prices are available on Free POS Your company's products and/or services and prices, can be defined in advance in the company's HQ. In order to access Export / Import Catalog menu items, select item from the main Menu. Page 20 of 29

In this part of the tutorial, we are going to use Mail. After choosing mail, you will see the mail template and after typing in To and Subject fields you will be able to send the exported catalog. Export via icloud Again, you will be prompted to choose the location for saving exported file, you can save Your file to Your cloud or send it via or any other service. In this tutorial, we are going to use icloud. After choosing the location, you will see the name and the file format of the exported file (example: exportcatalog.json), and then you can tap on Add. 24 Import Catalog Importing products / services Catalog operates via icloud or . Import Catalog via icloud First, you will enter your icloud and find previously stored Catalog file. After finding the file, you will click on it and it will open. Figure 44 Browse Your icloud Figure 45 Contents of exported catalog Once the Export file is shown, you can tap button in the top right corner on the screen and choose Copy to FRCS free POS. Once you do that, imported Catalog file will be available in the app. Page 24 of 29

25 Figure 46 Copy to FRCS free POS Figure 47 Imported Catalog Import via Mail First, you have to find the with your Catalog file attachment. After browsing for the containing exported catalog, you can tap on attachment and it will open. Next, in the top right corner tap button. Page 25 of 29

Your catalog is now available in the app. Export and Import Invoices FRCS free POS app enables integration with other systems: Travelling Salesman exports all receipts in.json format File is sent by to backend system Backend system automatically imports new invoices Whenever situation requires, you may either export all invoices from the Journal or import previously exported list. In order to access Export / Import Invoices menu items, select item from the main Menu. Export Invoices When exporting invoices, first you need to enter Journal page on your FRCS free POS app, after you do that tap the button in the bottom left corner of the screen. When prompted, choose option Share via app. Input To and Subject field and Your mail with Journal attached will be sent. Page 26 of 29

Once you open the , tap on the attachment and.json file will opened on your screen. Tap on the button in the top right corner and choose Copy to FRCS free POS option. your Journal is now imported into the app. Page 27 of 29
