Today s home encompasses some, or all, of a range of services lighting, security, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, home theatre, distributed audio, motorised curtains and blinds, reticulation systems and wireless PC networks. Our distributors and dealers worldwide have extensive factory training and are familiar with all aspects of system configuration and operation. They are selected for their ability to provide the highest level of engineering, application and after sales support, as Dynalite customers have come to expect worldwide. System design As part of our full-service offering, Dynalite distributors and dealers can provide design assistance and support tools, including a comprehensive library of CAD objects for use in system drawings. Contact your local Dynalite dealer for more information. Project support We understand that time is money and mistakes on-site can be costly. That s why we offer complete project support, including supply co-ordination, to make certain equipment arrives only when required. All Dynalite mains voltage devices should be installed by a qualified electrician. Our technical staff can co-ordinate pre-commissioning site visits to ensure system wiring and equipment installation are complete and correct, avoiding expensive rework and delays. They will also liaise with third-party vendors, in projects where integration between systems is required, to guarantee things flow smoothly. Contact your local distributor for full details on services offered. Commissioning Dynalite devices function in basic modes until programmed. This process is called commissioning and can only be carried out by qualified Dynalite personnel, representatives or individuals who have completed the Dynalite training programme. When the installation of devices is nearing completion, you should contact your local Dynalite representative to arrange a suitable time for a commissioning engineer to attend site. Systems maintenance From time to time, your requirements may change; from simple modifications to current settings, through to provision of additional equipment to further enhance your system. We are happy to arrange for a field service engineer to come on-site for anything you require. Preventative maintenance contracts are also available on request.
