6 URGENT KEYHOLDER BULLETIN We recently received notification of a change to the telephone number that your displaykey or ekey uses to perform its esync function. SUPRA has informed us that they are replacing esync phone numbers that are owned by local companies with AT & T owned phone numbers. SUPRA is making this change because AT & T is a large company with many resources, and SUPRA believes that AT & T is equipped to provide optimal phone line services. To implement this change, follow the directions below. If you need additional assistance, please refer to your Getting Started Guide, or call SUPRA Field Support at (877) displaykey Users: Press enter enter Scroll down to ESYNC PHONE # # Press enter enter At SELECT PHONE 1 OR 2, Press 1 If this number is (the number will appear without punctuation), your displaykey needs to be programmed to dial the new esync phone number. To correct the esync phone number, follow the above directions until the phone number appears. At the phone number screen, simply enter in the new telephone number, without punctuation. The new number will appear as Press, enter to save the change. The word SUCCESSFUL will appear. Please note: if you must currently dial 9 (or other number) to get an outside line, you need to program that number in first (i.e ). ekey Users: Ekey users (Palms and Smart Phones) not affected by change.
