GCOM subsequently bid on and was recently awarded a new three year contract to provide IT Consulting Services to NYC agencies. Experience includes: systems development from requirements phase through production; expertise in managing and controlling information technology project budgets and resources using automated project management tools; demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of varied types and complexity. General experience includes increasingly complex responsibilities in information technology systems design and/or management at levels listed below. Manages mid-sized projects and/or large, complex task orders (or group of task orders relating to same/common

6 Functional Responsibility Devises or modifies computational procedures to achieve the desired result considering computer equipment, operating system, and network capacity and limitations, and the form of the desired results. Develops detailed design, block diagrams and logic flow charts from specification documents. Translates detailed design into computer code using approved software configuration control tools/procedures and software engineering practices. Functional responsibilities may include any of the following duties: Test, debug and refine code to produce the desired result. Prepare required program-level and system-level documentation. A Bachelor s degree in computer science or information systems (a year's general experience may substitute for each year of college). Ensures these systems are compatible and in compliance with the standards for open systems architectures such as, the Open Systems Interconnection and International Standards Organization reference models, and profiles of standards such as Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Open Systems Environment reference model as they apply to the implementation and specification of the Information Management solution of the application platform, across the application program interface, and the external environment/software application. Evaluates analytically and systematically problems of work flows, organization, and planning; and develops appropriate corrective action. May provide daily supervision and direction to staff. Adapts SDLC quality assurance methodologies like ISO and SEI CMM to specific information technology engagements. Provides life cycle support for areas such as system architecture, hardware, software, operating systems, distributed computing, e-commerce, e-business, electronic data interchange, data analysis, facilities planning, resource management, programming, system performance, communications, or networking, information security, IT planning, technology infusion and migration/conversion. Work may include analysis, design, programming, testing, training, and documentation. May also provide project planning, coordination, scheduling, reporting, and briefings support.
