4 Government sector ALGERIA Multi-functional Electronic Identity (eid) Card X Infotech deployed the ICAO Data Preparation solution for production of Algerian electronic identity cards. X Infotech ICAO Data Preparation is a software solution that collects document applications, profile data, keys and certificates from multiple sources and processes it according to the defined setup. Within the project, the solution has demonstrated excellent technical performance and flexibility. CAMBODIA Electronic Identity (eid) Card X Infotech implemented a software solution for issuance of electronic identity cards. There are 60 desktop printers employed for centralized personalization, while the enrolment process is conducted at remote sites. X Infotech delivered the Personalization and Public Key Infrastructure solutions (e.g. Country Signing Certification Authority and Document Signer) along with different services such as integration with the document registry, project management, training and support. CAMBODIA Electronic Passport After the successful implementation of the eid project, X Infotech was awarded with the contract for the project of electronic passports with Extended Access Control (EAC). X Infotech delivered the Personalization and Public Key Infrastructure solutions, e.g. Country Signing Certification Authority (CSCA) and Document Signer (DS).

5 Government sector ECOWAS Laissez-passer Travel Document (Diplomatic epassport) X Infotech replaced the production system for paper travel documents with a dedicated platform for electronic laissez-passer. X Infotech delivered a software solution for document personalization and production management as well as a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for creation, storage, and distribution of digital certificates. EUROPEAN UNION (EUROPEAN COMMISSION) Laissez-passer Travel Document (Diplomatic epassport) X Infotech deployed a secure and versatile personalization solution for laissez-passer travel documents. X Infotech delivered the Document Personalization and Production Management solutions at multiple sites along with the Document Lifecycle Management component. Within this project, X Infotech also developed a Public Key Infrastructure that enables digital signing of sensitive biometric data in compliance with ICAO requirements. GHANA Electronic Identity (eid) Card X Infotech replaced non-chip cards and implemented a turnkey solution for issuance of electronic identity cards with 5 applications (ICAO, MOC, esignature, authentication, and payment). X Infotech deployed the Personalization solutions, including Instant Issuing, Production and Stock Management.

6 Government sector IRELAND Electronic Passport X Infotech delivered an end-to-end software solution for personalization and production management of electronic passports with Basic Access Control (BAC). X Infotech also carried out integration with the population registry system and different high volume passport personalization machines. IRELAND Passport eid Card X Infotech deployed the Production Management solution that controls the complete workflow of the Passport Card issuance process. In addition, X Infotech provided smooth integration with desktop personalization laser-engraving and mailer machines that have a capacity to process Passport Card applications per week. IRELAND Residence Permit Card X Infotech delivered a software solution for issuance of ICAO-compliant residence permit cards. X Infotech extended the functionality of the existing document personalization platform and deployed a new process management module Document Issuance. Within this project, X Infotech also delivered the Enrolment solution to capture biometric information such as facial image, fingerprints and handwritten signature.

7 Government sector SOUTH SUDAN Biometric Solution for Multi-functional Electronic Identity (eid) Card X Infotech implemented a complete software solution for issuance of multi-application electronic identity cards. The solution is intended to provide secure authentication of bank customers. Biometrics, stored on the chip card, are used for user authentication and authorization prior to settling payments or carrying out other services. KENYA SOMALIA Biometric Solution for International Office of Migration (IOM) X Infotech supplied biometric scanners and passport readers as well as capturing and matching software for International Office of Migration (IOM). The purpose of this project was to perform identity verification, using biometric (fingerprints) technologies and validating document authenticity. SOUTH SUDAN LATVIA Electronic Identity (eid) Card X Infotech deployed software solutions for issuance of electronic identity cards. As part of this project, X Infotech supplied the ICAO Data Preparation, Personalization, Public Key Infrastructure, and Secure PIN Manager solutions as well as a high-volume laser engraving personalization machine. The new eid card offers an additional functionality to sign documents as well as access egovernment and public services.

8 Government sector LIECHTENSTEIN Electronic Passport X Infotech delivered a comprehensive solution for issuance of electronic passports with Extended Access Control (EAC). X Infotech deployed the Document Personalization, Production Management, Instant Issuing and Public Key Infrastructure solutions. The instant issuing platform enables the passport office to issue identity documents at both central and remote locations, e.g. embassies. LITHUANIA Biometric Enrolment for Police X Infotech replaced the outdated mobile enrolment solution (20 stations) with its industry-proven Enrolment. The solution is designed to export collected data to the Lithuanian Police registry for issuance of electronic identity documents, such as passports, ID cards and residence permits. The Enrolment solution is capable of capturing fingerprint, photo, signature and biographic data in compliance with ICAO requirements. MOLDOVA Electronic Identity (eid) Card X Infotech replaced paper-based identity cards with new internal identity documents that store biometric information on the chip. X Infotech deployed the ICAO Data Preparation, Card Personalization and Production Management, Secure PIN Manager solutions. The new eid card has a signature application as well as it provides secure authentication for egovernment services.

9 Government sector MOLDOVA PKI solutions for eid Documents X Infotech deployed a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solution that support the already existing and functioning PKI environment. Within the project, X Infotech delivered the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), National Public Key Directory (npkd) and Terminal Control Centre (TCC) solutions to advance identity verification and border management in the country. PERU PKI Solution for Electronic Passport X Infotech developed a PKI infrastructure for creation, storage and distribution of digital certificates. As part of the electronic passport, X Infotech deployed the Document Signer (DS), Country Signing Certification Authority (CSCA), Country Verifying Certification Authority (CVCA), Document Verifier (DV), Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and National Public Key Directory (npkd) solutions. SWITZERLAND Middleware Development for Health Insurance Card X Infotech developed and implemented minidrivers for the most commonly used operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS. The development and implementation of dedicated OS drivers allows end-users to sign electronic documents or authenticate themselves at medical offices or via PCs, using their health insurance cards.

10 Government sector TUNISIA Border Control Solution X Infotech provided a comprehensive solution for Tunisian Border Control. The project was organized by United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to implement a mobile border control solution that carries out biometric verification and checks document authenticity with fingerprints scanners, camera, passport scanners, etc. URUGUAY PKI Solution for Electronic Identity (eid) Card X Infotech built a reliable Public key infrastructure (PKI) for digital signing of sensitive biometric information stored on the electronic identity card. 12 Banking sector AZERBAIJAN (BANK STANDARD) EMV Card Personalization Solution X Infotech delivered the EMV card personalization solution, integrating it with the existing bank system. Within the project, X Infotech not only supplied personalization software but also provided integration, maintenance and consulting services for MasterCard/VISA certification. With the new issuance platform, the bank is now able extend its product portfolio and markets. BANGLADESH (EASTERN BANK LIMITED) Introduction of EMV Cards The Bank replaced magnetic stripe cards with EMV cards, turning customer authentication exceptionally secure. The new card issuance platform supports personalization of Diners Club, MasterCard and VISA cards. Based on the project scope, X Infotech EMV Data Preparation, Card Personalization and Instant Issuing solutions were integrated in the environment of different third-party embossers. BULGARIA (FIRST INVESTMENT BANK) Upgrade of EMV Card Personalization Platform X Infotech successfully upgraded the EMV card personalization solution for one of Bulgaria s biggest banks. The upgrade of the existing card platform has increased competitiveness and allowed the bank to manage a far greater number of cards to match its product range.

13 Banking sector BULGARIA (FIRST INVESTMENT BANK) Payment Card with Loyalty Application X Infotech delivered a software solution that allows the bank to offer new products in tune with the changing market needs. The newly implemented software is used to personalize payment cards with a loyalty application. A variety of bank partner offers and promotions are now available to clients, using the new payment card. EGYPT (MASRIA CARD) EMV Card Personalization Solution X Infotech provided the region s leading smart card provider with complete personalization software that supports the laser engraving printing, chip encoding and color printing functionality. As part of this project, X Infotech was also responsible for personalization script and cryptographic infrastructure developments. EMV Card Personalization Solution X Infotech provided the bank with a centralized personalization solution and a dedicated solution scheme. One of the leading players in the banking space in Ethiopia is now able to personalized EMV cards, using desktop embossers. ETHIOPIA (WEGAGEN BANK)

14 Banking sector GUATEMALA (BANCO TRABAJADORES) EMV Card Personalization Solution X Infotech provided a software solution for EMV card personalization. The delivered solution includes: EMV Data Preparation, Key management System, Chip Encoding along with professional services such as project management, systems integration and support. This solution allows the bank to migrate from magnetic stripe cards to smart cards as well as issue secure MasterCard/Visa cards. GUATEMALA (BANCO INMOBILIARIO) EMV Card Personalization Solution X Infotech provided the bank with a turnkey solution for issuance of MasterCard and VISA contact cards. Based on the project scope, X Infotech delivered several software components - EMV Data Preparation, Chip Encoding, Key Management System, Secure PIN Manager for PIN generation and printing of PIN envelops. EMV Card Personalization Solution X Infotech provide the bank with a complete software solution for issuance of VISA and MasterCard cards. The EMV Data Preparation, Chip Encoding and Key Management solutions were deployed for the new card personalization system. 15 Banking sector ITALY (MF GROUP) EMV Card Personalization Solution X Infotech implemented the EMV Card Personalization solution as well as different services - integration, training, maintenance and consultancy for MasterCard/VISA certification. X Infotech solutions allows the personalization centre to issue a variety of payment cards as well as accommodate such chip card technologies as contactless cards and electronic identity documents. KAZAKHSTAN (KASPI BANK) EMV Card Personalization Solution X Infotech provided one of the biggest banks in Kazakhstan, with a comprehensive solution for issuance of smart cards. X Infotech delivered the EMV Data Preparation, Chip Encoding, Key Management System solutions as well as implementation services and professional support. The solution allowed the bank to migrate to EMV technology and issue VISA/- MasterCard cards per year. KENYA (KCB) Instant EMV Card Issuing Solution X Infotech provided the Instant Issuing software and the necessary hardware - desktop card printers and PIN pads. Now, X Infotech Instant Issuing allows 49 KCB branches to personalize dual interface EMV cards directly onsite. With the new platform, the bank aims to boost branch traffic and offer simple and convenient access to banking services.

16 Banking sector KENYA (EQUITY BANK) Mobile Money Solution X Infotech implemented a mobile solution for Equitel the mobile banking service for Equity Bank. The Mobile Gateway solution provides access to remote services, while the Payment Gateway solution is used for processing of financial transactions. The mobile banking platform allows bank clients to carry out free deposits and money transfers. KENYA (CO-OPERATIVE BANK OF KENYA) Instant EMV Card Issuing Solution X Infotech provided one of the biggest banks in Kenya with a card personalization solution. Based on the project scope, X Infotech implemented the Instant Issuing solution and supplied personalization printers. With the new platform, 140 branches across Kenya is now able to offer on-site card issuance. KENYA (COMMERCIAL BANK OF AFRICA) Instant EMV Card Issuing and Biometric Enrolment Solutions X Infotech delivered the Instant Issuing and Biometric Enrolment solutions for payment cards that store biometric information on the chip. With these technologies, the bank is able to prevent identity fraud and theft as well as increase access security via biometric verification.

17 Banking sector KENYA (CONSOLIDATED BANK) Instant EMV Card Issuing Solution X Infotech deployed the Instant Issuing solution for one of the commercial banks in Kenya. Within this project, X Infotech delivered software and personalization printers for onsite payment card personalization. The new platform allows the bank to optimize processes and deliver new attractive, value-added services. KENYA (FAMILY BANK) Instant Issuing Solution X Infotech implemented the Instant Issuing solution for 100 Family Bank branches. X Infotech Instant Issuing, EMV Data Preparation, Chip Encoding, Key Management System and Stock Management solutions were deployed for personalization of Visa cards, generic prepaid cards and student prepaid cards. KENYA (KENYA BANKERS ASSOCIATION) Mobile and Payment Gateway Solution X Infotech implemented the Mobile Payment Gateway (PGW) solutions as well as the Messaging module to provide services via online and mobile (SMS, USSD) communications channels. In this project, the Payment Gateway solution acts as an aggregator for Person-to-business (P2B) and provides a unified web API for banks and other organizations.

X Infotech solutions offer superior quality for card personalization and position the bank as the ultimate provider of secure payment cards in Latvia. LATVIA (TAG SYSTEMS) PIN Management Solution X Infotech implemented the Secure PIN Manager solution for a European financial smart card supplier. The PIN management solution not only provides the functionality for standard printing of PIN envelopes, but also prints PIN Tabs and offers numerous business growth opportunities. LIBYA Data Encryption Solution Based on the project scope, X Infotech was responsible for implementation of software components that ensure complete encryption of sensitive information. X Infotech Data Encryption solution encrypts data in compliance with the requirements of international organizations.

19 Banking sector LITHUANIA (DANSKE BANK LITHUANIAN BRANCH) Secure PIN Manager Solution X Infotech provided one of the leading banks in the Nordic region with a solution for PIN printing. X Infotech Secure PIN Manager enables the bank to print PIN envelopes on-site, in compliance with security regulations in the payment card industry. MALTA (INSIGNIA CARDS) In-house EMV Card Personalization Platform X Infotech delivered the EMV card personalization solution to help the bank optimize operations and performance, extend the product portfolio. Within the project, X Infotech provided EMV Data Preparation, Chip Encoding and Key Management System and Secure PIN Manager for issuance of contact VISA cards. RUSSIA (HLYNOV BANK) EMV Card Personalization and PIN Generation Solutions X Infotech provided a software solution for issuance of contact and contactless MasterCard cards at the leading bank in the Kirov region. X Infotech deployed the EMV Data Preparation, Card Personalization and Secure PIN Manager solutions. The new issuance platform enables the bank to relocate card personalization from a dedicated centre to in-house personalization facilities as well as increase production volumes.

X Infotech Trusted Service Manager allows the client to complete the personalization process Over The Air (OTA) and Over The Internet (OTI) as well as update, amend or delete mobile phone applications. UGANDA (KCB) Instant EMV Card Issuing Solution X Infotech deployed the Instant Issuing solution for the biggest banking network in Uganda. Within this project, X Infotech delivered software solutions and desktop personalization printers for onsite card production. The platform allows the bank to improve card production processes and offer instant access to new payment cards. UKRAINE (POLYGRAPH COMBINE UKRAINA ) EMV Card Personalization Solution X Infotech provided the state enterprise with the EMV Card Personalization solution. X Infotech deployed the EMV Card Personalization and Production Workflow Management solutions, including EMV Data Preparation, Key Management System, Chip Encoding and Secure PIN Manager. The solution supports the issuance of contact and contactless MasterCard and VISA cards.

21 Banking sector UNITED KINGDOM (THAMES CARD TECHNOLOGY) EMV Card Personalization Solution X Infotech provided a complete EMV card personalization solution for one of the UK's largest card manufacturers. The EMV Data Preparation, Key Management System, Chip Encoding and Software Development Kit solutions were deployed for personalization of different smart cards. In this project, EMV Data Preparation is processed in a batch mode that is perfectly suited for high-end personalization machines. UZBEKISTAN (UNITED INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING CENTRE) Instant EMV Card Issuing Solution X Infotech implemented the Instant Issuing solution for the leading processing center in Uzbekistan. Based on the project scope, X Infotech delivered EMV Data Preparation, Card Personalization, local and EMV card product support for the centralized platform that serves 28 local banks.

23 Social sector EGYPT Family Card X Infotech deployed a complete card personalization solution for issuance of electronic social cards. The social benefit programme is designed to improve transparency and efficiency of fund distribution for low-income families. As part of the project, 10 million cards were issued and POS/acceptance terminals were delivered throughout the country. KENYA Huduma Social Card The programme is run by the Government of Kenya and aims to transform public service delivery by providing access for citizens to various public services via citizen service centres and integrated technology platforms. X Infotech delivered software solutions for a unified payment infrastructure in the country as well as the Biometric Enrolment, Card Personalization, Instant Issuing and Secure PIN Management solutions for issuance of Huduma cards. Social Card for Cash Transfer Programme for Orphans and Vulnerable Children KENYA (EQUITY BANK) World Bank, the government and the local bank partnered to introduce a cash transfer programme for orphaned and vulnerable households. The programme incorporates delivery of social smart cards and development of a payment infrastructure. Within this project, X Infotech delivered the Biometric Enrolment and Card Personalization solutions as well as ensured integration with POS systems.

24 Social sector KENYA (EQUITY BANK) Social Card for Hunger Safety Net Programme The local banks and Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Services introduced a safety net programme to support vulnerable and poor households and promote financial inclusion in the country. Within the project, X Infotech delivered the Biometric Enrolment and Card Personalization solutions for issuance of social cards. KENYA (EQUITY BANK) Campus Card X Infotech deployed a software solution for issuance of multi-functional student eid cards. As part of the project, X Infotech also coordinated the card product certification process with MasterCard. The student card combines MasterCard PayPass technology and several applications: a student ID, payment wallet, link to the bank account, access control, barcode for library and tap & go transport application. LATVIA Scholar Card X Infotech delivered a personalization solution and hardware for issuance of multi-functional scholar cards that hold 4 applications. Based on the project scope, X Infotech implemented the Enrolment, Data Preparation, Card Personalization and Secure PIN Manager solutions. In addition, X Infotech developed payment and access control applications, a contactless infrastructure for public transport.
