3 F1 Help We update SynXis PM Help (F1 Help) with each release. Search for the What s New? Help topic to read details and access links to the new functionality. Access Help within SynXis PM by selecting the Help action button. Use the Contents or Search tab to locate the appropriate Help topic. Enhancements Front Office > Reservations Loyalty Enrollment Tracking Additional details to track Wyndham Rewards enrollment by user. Remove Profile ID on the Guest information page under Other Information The Profile ID is not in use and no longer displays. Update the formulas utilized to post Room charges for SRB Rate Plans Update the Daily Occupancy % used to post room charges. 4 Disable fields in the reservation screen when a SRB1 Rate Plan is booked The following fields cannot be edited: Arrival Date Nights Departure Date # Adults # Children Room Type Editable via Room Wizard when an alternate room is selected Rate Plan Rate Display Loyalty Levels (Elite Tiers) in the Reservation screen When Loyalty Levels are active for the property in Property Defaults Miscellaneous and the CRS messages is delivered by Two Way Interface (TWI), applicable Elite (Level) tiers display in the profile section to identify Wyndham Elite members. Batch Inquiry Report after each EMV Credit Card Transaction When a tranactions is paid for using the EMV payment method, the system offers users the option to print a receipt. 5 For properties in Canada, the receipt includes labels for Merchant Copy and Customer Copy in French and in English. Update EMV receipt to print the required fields The EMV receipt now includes all required fields. Front Office > Room Boards Loyalty Levels (Elite tiers) display in SynXis PM This item includes work needed for the SynXis PM to display Loyalty level in the CRS messages sent via the Two Way Interface (TWI). The information displays in selected SynXis PM screens, guest lists, and reports to allow users to identify and acknowledge Wyndham Elite members in the system. These levels cannot be modified in the SynXis PM. This work includes updates to all Guest List reports to include Level details. Note: Any reservations imported into the system prior to release do not include a Loyalty Level. To view all reservations for Rewards Members, in the Filter select Wyndham Rewards Member rather than selecting by Level. Sabre Hospitality Solutions 5 SynXis PM Release Notes

6 Report example: Note that at this time only BASE and GOLD levels apply. Other levels, such as PLATINUM, for example, represent levels that can be included in the future. Front Office not refreshing on saving TWI communication When user adds charges to rooms from the Front Office via Quick Post, the charges did not display when hovering the mouse over the Cubby until the Front Office is refreshed. On saving the Quick Post, the Front Office now automatically refreshes in order for new charges to display on the Cubbies. Sabre Hospitality Solutions 6 SynXis PM Release Notes

7 House > Room Board Display Loyalty Levels in Room Board views The system displays Loyalty Levels in the following Room Board Screens when CRS messages sent via the Two Way Interface (TWI) include Elite Tiers. 8 Front Office > Room Board Access a cubby House > Room Board Cubby View Manager > Wyndham Product Manager Revenue Management - F5 is active for properties with EzLite interface enabled Users can access F5 to edit GTD/CXL Policy and all related controls. Reports > Front Office Employees Wyndham Guest Rewards Enrollment Report Access the new report in Reports > Setup - Tracking Employees Wyndham Guest Reward NOTE: All General Managers should take the following actions to support this release: 1. Make sure that all of their employees are signed up for a Wyndham Rewards account. 2. Update Users in Setup > User Information (Or Corporate > Corporate Setup > User Information), as applicable. (See User Information topic in Help for steps.) Display Loyalty Level (Elite Tiers) details in Registration Form The resgistration form includes Level details. 12 Support Loyalty Level (Elite Tier) attribute sent in EzLite interface enabled messages The system supports Loyalty Levels in CRS interface messages so that reservations can include the membership details. Resolved Defects Front Office > Advanced Search Migrated Guest Accounts not showing data under F9 History - Stay Statistics The issue was part of the migration process. UE occurring when try to edit the rates from group Display Loyalty Level (Elite Tiers) in Guest Search results When applicable, Guest Search results include a column called Level that displays the guest s Loyalty Level name. 13 Front Office > Basic Search Multiple results on Company search screen - multiple groups attached Front Office > Quick Info Total rooms to sell not accurate when group allocations exist Front Office > Reservations Taxes disappeared from Folio When reinstating a checked out guest with CA GTD and zero balance, the system does not prompt to post CA payment for extended date The system prompts for the cash payment to cover the extra nights. Incorrect description for 'No Show' charge The comments display as NO SHOW CHARGE in the folio. System requires cash posting when checking in DB guest w/ non-primary CCs Stay Information and Folio Screens are displaying Wrong Est Remaining Amount with Package Rates with Inclusive Taxes Pre-Post Icon Should Be Disabled When Using Package Rates The Pre-post is no longer active for package rates. With Package Rates, the Folio automatically posts the first night stay for the the Package Rate. Folio print preview window is not displayed during checkout action During check out, the system displays the Folio (Detailed) print preview window. Room type clears when clicking no to an override prompt When adding a reservation into using a room type that is unavailable in the property, an override popup displays. 14 Rate = Tax = Daily Amount = Stay Amount = $0.00 Rate Information show Rate = $0.00 with not Room Type Secondary credit card payment following Decline is not triggering Sale All secondary credit card payments, (where the credit card is not assigned to Folio for Multiple CC enabled), successfully saved on the Folio, trigger a Sale when there is no existing Authorization. Store reimbursement values for Go Fast / SRB1 rates SRB1 rate stored correctly in database for Go Fast rate Elavon: Pre posting Room charges with Special charges before save is calculating wrong authorization amount The pre posting is calculating the authorization correctly. Rate plan for room type for the group reservation is not available. Elavon - Forced Authorization prompt not clearing when clicking OK Accounting > Credit Check Check box in column T is visible in credit check for reservation with Cash in GTD Accounting > Statements Some reservations showing $0.00 rate for future dates No longer occuring Manager > Revenue Management Controls Wizards on Revenue Management Controls screen do not inherit date from current view Sabre Hospitality Solutions 14 SynXis PM Release Notes

15 Reports > Manager Statistics Report calculating wrong Average Adult Per Room In the Revenue Source (Yield Report), the Class breakdown at the end of the report displays field descriptions rather than actual values Revenue Source (Yield Report) when run by Rate Plan the rate plan breakdown data is incorrect Interfaces > Wyndham CRS When entering a valid auth amount, the OK button is not active until user clicks tab Closed because a later enhancement rendered this unnecessary True Source of business is not displaying in SynXis Not Assigned Canadian postal code database not up to date SynXis PM Production: Advanced Search doubles results on some guests No longer occurring. SynXis PM: Close of day is setting OOO & OOI to Clean No longer occuring. Multi room account wizard issues This issue was resolved by enabling the check in button in the rooming list in the Group Wizard when Group Check-In is selected.. 16 Extra Person charge only works after 4th guest S3A rate plan guest being cancelled warns of advanced deposit status No longer occuring Cashier Audit shows duplicate charge codes Multi property AR Credit Card Transactions Report does not display results when multiple properties are selected When clicking magnify glass for Wyndham Rewards lookup, the user must remove the prepopulated information to search The system now sends only the correct information to CRS with First and Last Name. SUB account with changed primary pay type still follows sub transfer Receivables Payments and Charges report doesn't group charges by payment applied to, and displays as payments Guest missing primary name No longer occuring. If 1A is closed a rate shows on the reservations if SHIFT and INS or F6 are used No longer occuring. When creating a reservation and the hotel is closed, the rate on the folio and reg card is SRP Description on Revenue By Rateplan Report comes from company if SRP attached to any company for all Rate Plan releated reports Multiple room types Max occupancy was incorrect No longer occuring.
