Now support entitlements and dependent, dynamic options Support tickets app aggregates support catalog offerings from underlying systems like HP Service Manager. Provide search results based on aggregated support catalog offerings and IDOL knowledge articles Route support requests based on predefined criteria such as Assignment Group or Service.
