Analysis and Planning Mechanical Design Analysing, consulting, developing as well as planning and engineering are the essential parts of our concept to create optimal solutions for our customers. We plan, design and document projects in accordance with the respectively required guidelines. Automation is effected according to country-specific standards. We prepare specifications of work and services in order to handle projects purposefully. 3 Assembly and Start-Up Erecting the systems, connecting the control cabinets, devices and machines as well as the commissioning of hardware and software belong to our tasks. The adjustment, calibration of all components, system integration, test run and optimization are necessary to ensure smooth functioning. If required, this work is performed on site by our trained personnel. CAD-cONSTRUcTION Our products are planned and designed with the newest generation of software such as E-Plan 5.7, E-Plan P8 and Auto- CAD to use branch standards established worldwide. We do the planning, projecting, preparation of the documentation and implementation of plants and controls in close cooperation with the customers. Our documentations are done in accordance with EN, DIN or IEC standards as well as CSA, BS, ANSI in the language you request. We use the latest generation of CAE technology in electrical engineering, in the plant and machine building field and in all fields of planning, projecting and the documentation of plants or special-purpose machinery building. Technical Support and Service Instruction: Our customers employees are comprehensively instructed by us regarding operation and programming, functioning and maintenance of the machinery. Training: Upon request we offer you seminars and detailed training-material. Production-Assistance: While your production is in progress our specialists can assist you in all questions you have. 4 Forming Station Software Our automation-systems are programmed on the basis of the following software: Automation-Controls: Siemens S7 Rockwell Automation SLC, PLC5 and ControlLogix Beckhoff Schneider Automation A250, Premium, Quantum and Atrium Bosch CL-series Mitsubishi MELSEC A-series and Q-series GE Fanuc 90-30, IFM End bevelling machine Visualization: Siemens WINCC V 6.00 Siemens WINCC Flexible Advance Pro-Tool Pro V 6.00 Allen-Bradley Panel Builder Allen-Bradley RS View Hydrotester We use the newest software generation for operation.the developed software is tested in every detail in comprehensive simulation processes. Afterwards, commissioning is performed on site. Global remote maintenance is possible thanks to our teleservicing and the Web. We also offer the connection of visualizationsystems to a Microsoft SQL-database. The automation systems are programmed in AWL, KOP, FUP, SLC, S7, Graph, High-Graph, VB and VC. Upon request, we generate flowcharts of the software. When linking automation systems to databases or higher-level control systems, we put great importance on reliability as well as ease and efficiency of maintainability.
