3 VPS Our administration and planning system The virtual administration and planning system VPS is at the centre of all of EuroQ s services. The Internet-based software documents all orders: from simple screws to complex analyses. You have all of our employee s activities at a glance: information on the order status, graphic analyses and real-time evaluations. You can also save these on your computer in PDF or Excel format in just a few clicks or you can have a complete overview in a document storage system. 4 The EuroQ Scanner tool We are the only service provider to use an online scanner tool. It works in direct exchange with the EuroQ servers. At the same time, the scanned data (chassis or parts numbers) is automatically loaded onto our servers and is compared with existing priority lists in real-time and saved. Already checked vehicles are tracked using GPS data and performance is documented using the parking spaces. A uniform and easy to use database layout supports our clients in finding out the current status of their data at any time and filtering this in positive/negative lists even cross-border. 8 Resident Engineering Highly qualified EuroQ personnel are employed on site on your behalf and represent your interests. EuroQ is a reliable partner when it comes to evaluating accumulated scraps, ascertaining the cause of the defect, developing corrective measures and documenting the claim process. 10 Disruption-free tool testing (fluxes) During goods receipt or production, our competent magnetic particle inspectors (MT-1/MT-2) check ferromagnetic parts for tears or other defects. They compile test specifications and plans, check the individual components and compile the relevant documentation. This means you can avoid expensive process delays and benefit from the short notice availability of our specialists.
