Capabilities include: Oracle CRM On Demand Connected Mobile Sales (CMS). This add-on mobile service provides a configurable mobile solution on Android, ios, and BlackBerry devices. You can access data from CRM On Demand in real time with a rich, native user experience that is comfortable and familiar to current mobile users and fully configurable to capture your unique processes. In this release, the ability to convert a lead has been introduced, so that lead conversion functionality that exists in the CRM On Demand web application is now available in CMS. In addition, we`ve extended the Service Request object to support Custom Objects 1-3 and now provide Admins the ability to hide the Note object. Oracle s Disconnected Mobile Sales for CRM On Demand (DMS) provides the ability for the pharmaceutical sales rep to work remotely and in a disconnected environment, planning and executing call, managing contacts and accounts, routing their daily visits with map functionality, dropping samples and promotional items, and rendering sophisticated presentations detailing their products. The edetailing functionality has been enhanced to include the ability to easily add and remove attendees, make annotations and highlight, and capture feedback to the individual page level of the presentation. More search and sort capabilities are provided in the latest DMS release along with the integration of CRMOD analytic reports within the display of DMS pages when in a connected mode. Additionally, many administrative enhancements have been provided to assist in managing the DMS server and the client configuration. Figure 2 Oracle CRM On Demand Disconnected Mobile Sales Oracle CRM On Demand Desktop. This solution centralizes essential CRM information in the familiar Microsoft Outlook environment, increasing user adoption and decreasing training costs. Users can manage CRM data while disconnected, and then synchronize bi-directionally when they are back on the network. With Oracle CRM On Demand Desktop Version 4.1, a free version called CRM Desktop Lite has been introduced that allows you to synchronize Contacts, Activities and with Microsoft Outlook. 2! Users can save icalendar files for Oracle CRM On Demand appointments from the daily, weekly, or monthly calendar view or from the appointment detail page. This file can be imported into other applications that support icalendar format such as Microsoft Outlook. The appointment s Subject, Location, Description, List of users and contacts, Start time, End time and the list of attachments is included in the icalendar file. vcard. A standard format for electronic business cards is provided for Oracle CRM on Demand that allows users to save Oracle CRM On Demand Contacts as vcard files from the Contact Detail page or import external Contacts via vcard into Oracle CRM On Demand. Key information such as the Contacts Name, , Phone, Address and more will be included in the vcard file Mobile Browser Support. Apple iphone, Apple ipad, Windows 10 Tablets, and Google Android. Get more Productive with Modern Usability Oracle CRM On Demand continues to invest in improving our User Interface to enhance user experience whether accessed on tablets or on desktops. Release 30 included several enhancements to improve user productivity. Release 31 expanded on those improvements by adding: Updated Fonts for Improved Readability Improved Book Selector Window Ability to Add Contacts to a Favorite Contacts List Larger Inline Edit Accept and Cancel Button Continuing our drive for improved Usability, CRM On Demand Release 31 extended the Record Indicator for Tab View to be Role Based, allowing Administrators to configure the Record Indicator settings instead of leaving it up to each individual user. Including Non-Optimized Search Fields as a way to improve filtering of users, allows for more precise and accurate searching. Proximity Search on Billing Addresses for Accounts. When conducting a proximity search for Accounts, you can now search on either the shipping or billing address of the Account record. Expanded Integration. CRM On Demand continues to improve Web Services each release. A new API is available to convert Leads to Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities and Deal Registrations. A new Administrative web service is available to read and update Custom HTML Head tag configurations. Web Service 2.0 coverage has been expanded to support Custom Object 1,2, and 3 as children for the Service Request record type. Finally, the existing Workflow Administrative web service has a new operation called InsertOrUpdate.
