6 A PROGRAM BASED ON ADVANCED ELECTRONIC INSTRUMENTS AND PROCEDURES: 1 ALLOWS PATIENT REGISTRATION Patient registration will take place through the electronic tablet by OCR reading (optical reading ) the national health card and all required admission paperwork (doctor exams prescription, etc). Patient will sign with the digital pen, i.e.: for privacy consensus policy, or for any other requirements. 7

7 2 ALLOWS PAYMENT IN DIGITAL FORMAT In payments transactions, accounting documents such as invoice, fiscal receipt, etc. are visualized on the tablet. Patient verifies and approves by affixing his calligraphic electronic signature. In case of payment by POS, a copy of fiscal document containing transaction data complete of signature will be printed. 8

8 3 ALLOWS DIGITAL DELEGATION The proxy form for results withdrawal is displayed on the tablet and must be signed digitally by delegator. Even the ID document will be scanned and recorded. 9

9 4 ALLOWS ELECTRONIC STORAGE AND DOCUMENTS SEARCHING All documents produced, including fiscal ones, will be be stored in a dedicated hosting server and archived according to current law rules on document storage replacement. 10

19 DIGITAL SIGNATURE ON TABLET OF POS RECEIPT AND INVOICE Programme displays on the electronic tablet the invoice or fiscal receipt to be paid. Patient checks and approves by calligraphic digital signature. In case of payment by credit card/pos, a copy of fiscal document will be printed together with the POS receipt signed by customer. If requested, customer's receipt can be ed or printed. 20

21 DIGITAL PROXY -medical report collection - Patient can delegate medical report collection to a third person. Programme displays on tablet the proxy form to be signed by delegator and his identy document is scanned. 22

23 ELECTRONIC STORAGE AND RESEARCH DOCUMENTS The NP System " Clinics & Medical Centre" provides an additional software module for the document replacement archive, consultation/automatic search of produced documents, including fiscal ones stored in hosting. Programme memorizes copies of documents to be stored in a dedicated server hosting and generates a computer file which will be subject to signature and encryption operation as for current archiving law compliance. 24

25 ROLLING IMAGES This form allows you to view images and messages on the tablet. This sequence runs automatically when the tablet is on standby, that is when you are not performing the check-in or check-out operations. 26

27 SOFTWARE SECURITY All transactions will be stored in a log file, either the favorable than negative entries. Each operator will be able to log in to procedure just by entering his credentials. Safety of "NP" software is configurable within each module for operating in full compliance with the policy stated by purchaser.
