16 How big, how far and how many? How many workflow definitions Live? 138 Workflow Definitions Published and being used. How many being created currently? 13 workflows currently being worked on and created. 16 How many active workflows? Typically range from 700 to 1000 active workflows running at any time.

18 Here are some details.. 18 Online CDD Verification Workflow is started by packet filing into Synergy. The workflow queries Core for information on the customer, presents it back to our Deposit Operations area to validate packet from vendor. Isabella employee can change information presented in EWF and update Core. This streamlines the process with jhaewf letting the employee know that an online CDD needs to be completed and allows them to work in one screen for any changes. The employees can see only what they need via workflow and not review the entire CIF record. The workflow has links to a procedures document, a excel sheet to track missing information and a vendor website.

19 How do you manage this process? 19 CIF Change without Signature Multi-Department frontline employee initiated from customer s CIF in XP Customer and Account Inquiry for CIF changes over the phone. It queries the Core to return CIF info for the employee. The workflow goes through a series of question to ask the customer to validate who they are. The answers are compared to the information in the core and is routed to our Deposit Operations department to verify that the answers match the customer s CIF. This process previous required employees to create a maintenance form, sign it, and send it to our Dep Op Dept. so they could make the change.

20 Does this impact your bank? 20 Deceased Workflows The Death Certificate workflow starts by the certificate being filed into Synergy or manually started from Deposit Ops using a social security report. The workflow queries the customer in Core and compiles a list of only active accounts. The workflow will start different workflows depending on what type of accounts the customer has active. The following workflow ensures all accounts are addressed properly and all areas are notified. The workflow ensures all information is accurate on the Core. This was an manual process before and was plagued with process breakdowns.

21 jhaewf outside of banking activites.. Employee Termination This workflow is started by our HR department with parallel steps going to numerous departments in the bank. This workflow has saved so much time and helped to ensure that all areas are now being notified and the appropriate steps are taken. Currently working on Hire, Transfer, Name Change, and Position Requisition workflows to ensure all the proper tasks are completed when there are any changes in employee status or information. 21

The product has allowed us to increase efficiency across the board while savings us time and money, and helping to eliminate errors.
