What is LeDocs Franchise Limited? LeDocs Franchise Limited hence forth shall be referred as LeDocs is expert in the field of Business Planning, Setup, Operations & Management. Our target customers are of two types: a) Corporates and b) Individuals. a) Corporates : We help large scale corporates and industries expand their business by providing total backend management support in terms of Setup (Engineering & Architectural), Maintenance & Supply Chain Management (SCM). We register as vendor to such companies and execute our responsibilities as per the need and satisfaction of corporates. Problem : It is usually very difficult for large scale companies to find a vendor with multi talented skills, who serves larger business area. Hence they end up registering number of vendors for various works and for various locations. Large scale companies are always looking for single vendor with multiple skills to reduce management burden. Solution : LeDocs has the capacity to provide multi skills at one place, with the capacity to handle larger business area. We can handle projects not only across India but also internationally. Thus providing platform for large scale companies to grow their business rapidly across new horizons.

2 b) Individuals : We develop our own franchise models for individuals, which are easy to adopt and execute. Entrepreneurship is a growing trend these days and many individuals are looking to venture into business. However, lack of proper knowledge and proper experience is forcing them to drop back which is ultimately causing them loss of huge sum of hard earned money and precious time. Problem : Many budding entrepreneurs are willing to invest into business. And are in fact taking up the risk, spending their time and money. However, almost 95% of them fail in operating and running the business successfully. Business Model & Revenue LeDocs provides two kinds of services (a) Corporate Services (b) Franchising to Individuals. Let us now understand how our business model works and the revenue is generated through our services. (a) Corporate Services : In this area we register as vendor to large scale corporates and help them with following businesses like

3 Engineering Services : Server Rooms Installation, IT Maintenance, Wifi Installation, UPS Installation, CCTV Installation, Equipments Installation, Machinery, Tower Installation, Civil Constructions & Maintenance (Civil, Electrical, IT & AC etc...) of such projects. Management Services : Supply Chain Management & Payroll Management Secure Measures : LeDocs deals with only large scale and established corporates which ensures smooth flow of payment to us. The business risk in this service is very low. However, large scale investments are requirement and patience as billing takes about 2 months to get cleared from the clients which is established payment process in corporate sectors. Revenue : The billing is usually done monthly basis for the above services and the clearance time is from 30 days to 60 days for each bill from the date of generation. The bill is generated on site basis or number of units. b) Franchising To Individuals : In this area, we develop our own franchising models and sell the franchise to individuals. In this case, we again have two revenue models: (i) Franchising Fee and (ii) Royalty Fee. (i) Franchising Fee : Every individual opting for a franchisee through LeDocs has to pay a non-refundable franchise fee which usually ranges from Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/- only or more based on business establishment. This fee is actually charged per year or two years recurrently. As of now, we are charging it as a one time fee to encourage franchising, but soon it will be charged recurrently. (ii) Royalty Fee : The franchises further pay us the royalty fee on services offered by them. The royalty fee usually ranges from 5% to 10% of the service charges in case of services directly rendered by the franchise. And it may go upto 50% in case of services rendered by LeDocs on behalf of franchises. Revenue Chart: Below chart depicts the percentage of income through different revenue models of LeDocs i.e : a) Corporate Services - 20% b) Franchising Fee - 70% c) Royalty Fee - 10% Note: The data is based on income sources and ratio available so far. It may change is future as the scope of business expands.

4 3. Traction LeDocs is built with the clear vision and goals. Thanks to our experienced team which has previously worked with large scale organisations with larger scale exposure and targets. Our Physcology : Before we build any project, we look into the demand of project in the society. We put significant efforts in promoting our businesses through various mediums and reaching our target market. While we rely on our business connections for corporate services. We use various mediums of social media, print and tv channels for promoting our services to the individuals. Currently we are using the platform of social media and network building to approach the potential clients. However as we grow, we will use the print and television channels to promote our business. In future, LeDocs is looking forward to advertise through hoardings and also sponsor various legal & ethical sports for brand building. The future marketing strategy will purely depend on the sales of business and at any point of time, we shall not allot more than 10% of the earnings on marketing strategies. 6. Faiz is responsible for benchmarking, implementation and investment management of various projects at LeDocs. Faiz has degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Master of Business Administration in Marketing (Major) & Finance (Minor) and additional 2 year course in Team, Management & Leadership. Uma Latha : Having an overall experience of 30+ years in the field of operations. Led various teams in accomplishing government and private sector projects and represented various women associations. Uma Latha is responsible to get various business opportunities at LeDocs. Mohammed Imad : Having an overall experience of 30+ years in the field of business management. Financial Projections LeDocs is moving ahead with an aim to form a Million Dollar Company as it s first set of goal. 6 Our target is to form a company worth $1 Million by end of financial year i.e 31st March ($1 Million = Rs. 7,08,80,000.00) In Words : 7 Crores, 8 Lakhs & Eight Thousand only. It is noteworthy, that in the last financial year under the independent brand of ESEVA PRO, our group has made an approximate turnover of Rs. 1.5 Crores. 8. Competition There are number of independent brands having their franchise models. There are number of companies which are acting as mediators to provide franchising services. However, there is no such company which builds it s own franchise models and providing franchising services. LeDocs is the first concept which is developing it s own business models in various sectors and also providing franchising models. This process helps LeDocs in decreasing the operational and process costings and increasing the revenue generation. While we have competition from independent brands, our unique brand name for multiple services will ensure higher brand recognition and flow of franchises to us. Our USP (Unique Selling Proposition) is our capability to develop the projects and setup them in secure environment which ensures low business risk. Thus providing a low risk opportunity for entrepreneurs to venture into new businesses. 9. Investment Requirements LeDocs is looking to raise the total investment of about 2 Crores by the end of 31st March 2019 through various mediums and to meet our target of forming a million dollar company the end of 31st March Our team expert has already handled accounts worth 100 crores at one of the leading MNC and managing investments worth 2 Crores is much easier and yet responsible task. The investments raised shall be used in growth of the company buy setting up new branches and offices across various states and countries which further help us get business through corporate services and franchising. The expected revenue on investment is about 3.5 times within one financial year as per our milestone setting.
