To participate in analysis workshops and document the information per project methodology and standards. Primary role: Analyse work flows within and across SDMs to determine how the entire account team can work better through documented operating procedures and to administrate daily internal business tasks. Job Description: Work with respective SDMs to help consolidate all (identified) project documents into SharePoint in standardized format for easy reference and analysis. Facilitate weekly meetings and administrate on minutes for dissemination. Assist to follow through on financial administrative tasks such as invoicing and procurement requests. 7 Job Description: Technical Architect (Fresh Graduate) Primary Responsibilities Perform technical solutions and design understanding the customer technical requirements and value added (if possible based on standard portfolio). Develop knowledge of the state of the art and good knowledge of Atos Portfolio in the respective technical domain : Develop IT Experience on technical design and specifications and familiarity with national/international standards associated with IT services. Keep up to date standard architecture methodologies, processes and best practices including Atos delivery processes and tooling Liaises with 3rd Party suppliers and other partners when and where required Support lead architect in integrated technical counseling to the client within respective technical scope. Support solution proposal presentations at customer locations and/or internal offices. During the bid process, support the solution team in performing the buy in and for the technical solutions by the delivery team (factory,..) Get involved in the implementation of technical solutions defined and sold to customers Supports the Solution Manager / Solution Architect in technical areas (including cost impact) in contract negotiations Requirements New graduate from an accredited higher learning institution locally or abroad in Computer Science with a minor study in one technical specialization, such as networks, server&storage infrastructure, virtualization etc.; Have a keen interest to pursue a long term career in Solution Design and IT infrastructure management; Must be able to communicate well with a good proficiency in English and possess excellent interpersonal communication skills; Will be pursuing for industry IT certification such as CCNA, varchitect, or similar. 8 Job Description: Network Engineer Primary Responsibilities Responsible for incident and problem management to comply to SLA of network infrastructure not limited to Data Centre network, WAN/LAN/WLAN, Business Partner Connectivity, Internet Access and Network Security Perform operational procedures and service management processes in compliance not limited to incident, problem, change and release management Assist in Root Cause Analysis when required Provide reports on network service quality not limited to network load and performance Provide guidance to new and junior Singapore network engineers in technical competencies for BAU operation Perform documentations update within the required timeline Action on audit findings and mitigations to achieve audit compliance of network infrastructure Support the project design and planning, and perform end-to-end network infrastructure implementation Support the local solution team technically in new business opportunities Support the regional and global solutions teams on network design and operational structure of new global services Support the customer engagement team (SDMs) in recommending effective network solutions to fulfil the service requirements and cost competitive Requirements Minimum 3 years network support experience Experience in providing network infrastructure implementation & support such as incident, problem, change and release management Possess good analysis skills Not limited to the above, you may possess some experience in network design and technical proposal Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required.
