3 SharePoint Integration The Agilyx SharePoint Integration Smart Solution allows you to connect your Unit4 Business World document archive to Microsoft SharePoint via a Web Services connection. All your invoices, payslips, plans, legal documents, contracts, pictures and notes can also be stored centrally on SharePoint so that you can manage your documents in one place and also benefit from the functions of one of the most powerful document archive solutions on the market. No need to use a separate store for your Business World documents - manage them in SharePoint, alongside your other business documents Benefit from collaboration, security, centralised management, content search, workflows etc. on your Business World documents Integrated functionality from within the Business World processes Bi-directional functionality allows to you create and work on documents in either Business World or SharePoint each time M4, M5 Desktop and Web versions SharePoint 2010, 2013, Online Google Authenticator Save time logging on to different systems and resetting forgotten passwords with the Agilyx Google Authenticator Smart Solution. Whether you need real-time updates every two hours or every two days, this tool will synchronise currency exchange rates directly into your Business World Solution. The real-time updates ensure all financial processes which rely on up-todate exchange rates for accurate currency conversion such as accounts payable/ receivable, invoicing, procurement, expenses or banking are using the latest exchange rates.
