SAP Learning Solution (LSO), SAP e-recruiting, and Travel Management (FI-TV) are excluded New HANA capabilities, UX, legal changes, continuous improvements, but no change in underlying functionality Tightly integrated to S/4HANA Commercialization Requires a new contract, details of license conversion in preparation Technical Requirements Migration and separate HCM system infrastructure costs will be (partially) recovered by ongoing cost savings from de-coupling HCM Customers with SAP HCM on a separate instance can migrate to this new solution in an upgrade-type process. Tools and services will be provided Customers on a single instance need to carve out SAP HCM prior to migrating to this new solution 5
