3 I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Smith Brothers Diner offers a family friendly restaurant. We are located in the retail district in the Lake Ozark Bagnell Dam Strip area. OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT Smith Brothers Diner is located at 1371 Bangnell Dam Blvd. Lake Ozark Mo. The parking situation at our location is a private owned parking lot since we know the parking situation on the strip is horrible. The parking lot offers several bands and entertainment throughout the year. We currently have a Facebook page with a 5 star rating, and a Google 4.4 rating that reflects our business. We use the Square POS System for credit / Debit Cards offering a 2.45% charge and will offer an accounting program for the business and inventory with a onetime fee. We have a small amount of employees for saving money in overhead, taxes, and insurance. We currently have all forms and permits to operate a business in the state of Missouri through the city, county, and state.
