8 Field Support & Training Mission Area Nicholas Brown The Field Support & Training (FS&T) Mission Area capabilities include strategic and tactical command, control, communication and computer, business and Logistics management, and engineering support to Active, Reserve and National Guard unites world-wide in garrison, exercise, combat and contingency operations. SVS employees directly support several Families of Systems (FOS) to include; Fires, Command Posts, And Platforms where they execute field support to coordinate unit exercises; installation of systems; develop training material to train soldiers on new equipment as well as refresher courses; and provide accountability and oversight for logistical support world-wide.

10 Service Delivery & Engineering Infrastructure Operations Support Services (SD&E IOSS) Through its SD&E IOSS support, SVS assists the VA in leveraging Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) systems to meet mission goals and in support of those goals, constantly transforming Enterprise Operations (EO). Currently EO is integrating itself with Information Technology Resource Management (ITRM) Facilities and Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) to better service our Business Partners and Veterans. 12 SETA Services Mission Area Joel Williams SVS provides a broad spectrum of strategic planning, program formulation, program management, technical, analytic, and transition expertise to search and development programs. SVS is familiar with the programmatic challenges of supporting systems-level programs, which typically have a high degree of technical difficulty, Our staff has decades of experience providing support to complex programs from aircraft platforms to weapons systems to space systems. SVS provides the optimal staff for addressing and overcoming technical challenges, SVS has a network of subject matter experts (SMEs) who are specialists in developing and applying research theories and methods to meet our clients requirements. SVS supports advanced technical programs from inception through to user transition. Our staff then continues to work with users to assist in the identification, utility analysis, and feasibility assessment of new technologies, and to orchestrate roadmaps to enable further technology transfer to the war fighter through interaction with military, government, and industry partners.
