2 Welcome to the Exertis ecommerce website which helps you access all the great Exertis portfolio of products across IT, Home, Mobile and Supplies conveniently 24 x 7 x 365 days a year. Quick Guide to Setting up your Exertis Web Account All Exertis customers are allowed to access our ecommerce facilities, if you do not currently have a web account, you can request one by going online to Please complete the online application form. You will be required to provide contact details for a nominated web administrator who will be responsible for dealing with the online account. The nominated administrator can then set up other users in your company as required. 3 The search box Quick order facility We know your time is precious, so we have a quick order tool that helps make your online purchasing experience as quick and convenient as possible. To help you access the information you need quickly and easily, the Exertis search function enables you to search by text or part-code to ensure that the most relevant results are returned instantly. This quick order facility can be found here... All you need to do is insert your chosen part-codes. If you have a credit account you can check straight out and this becomes an order. If you are a cash-with-order customer you can pay for the goods with your credit card at check-out Orders made before 5pm will be out for next day delivery. 6 Price and Stock Feeds To help enable you to do more business we can set you up with PriCat our pricing catalogue service, delivered to you via FTP. How does it work? You ask your Account Manager to help you set this up We give you access to an FTP server where you can collect your price feed We can set your pricing updates from twice daily to hourly, as per your request Price feed contains stock availability information Please contact your Account Manager today to help you do this. Build your own website content delivery service Exertis can help you build your own website and populate it with relevant and up-to-date content. This includes product images, technical specifications, marketing texts; product features searchable attributes and related consumables and accessories in a standardised format.
