2 1. Accessing TracDash Using your Antris and password that you confirmed during registration, login to your Antris account using the Manager login at Following your first login, use this link to login to TracDash Managers must login as a Member to make plans for themselves. Plans can be created on the mobile app or can be Assigned by the Manager or Admin. 2. Viewing Active Users As a Manager, when you login to TracDash, you can view all Active Plans in the field. To get to this main page at any time, click on TracDash at the top left of your TracDash screen and Active members will be displayed on the map. To view map details for a specific Member, click in the grey area of the row at the bottom where their name appears in. When you do, the map above will change to reflect the selected member s plan. Click on any of the Checkpoint marks for details of Member specific location. The color of the Checkpoint marker indicates the current Checkpoint status (see map legend). 2

3 3. Plan Summary To view a Plan Summary for a selected Plan, click on the Plan Name. Click View to see all member Plans. Click on any Member Plan to see the Plan Summary page that displays all plan details. Route information depends of Tracking status used for the plan. 3

5 a. Confirm Locations Visited, on a Scheduled Location Plan view the Plan Summary and scroll down to the checkpoint you wish to view. b. Mileage Calculations: Antris calculates the total mileage of a trip and displays it in the first section just below the Plan Summary Map. It adds up the travel distance as members arrive at Checkpoints. On AntrisPRO, Emergency Tracking only, the mileage is based on optimal travel information. On Antris PRO+ Full Tracking, the mileage is calculated from actual tracking data. 5

6 c. Emergency Tracking: If a plan enters Emergency Status, The Plan Summary map will show Emergency track marks. If you click on the red Emergency pin, it will give you details. See right column below. When the Emergency Tracking feature is on and the Plan enters Emergency Status, Antris can provide a summary of every GPS locations captured based the on movement of the phone. This is especially helpful to responders in the event of an Emergency. GPS Tracking and recording the resulting data depends on the following conditions: 1. The Antris app must be running on the phone 2. The Location setting on the phone must be turned on. 3. The tracking feature may use approximately 10% of the battery charge every hour depending on the phone make and model. It is highly recommended that members have a charging cable if they are travelling in a vehicle and keep the phone charged. To export Emergency Tracks, simply click on the Export button at the top of the page. It will launch a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that can be saved. 6

7 4. Plan Assignment The Group Manage or Administrator can assign plans to Members in TracDash. Click on Plan Assignment in the left column. Select the Week to be assignment Click ASSIGN PLAN button top right and select Location Based or Time Interval Plans Select Location Based or Time Interval Plans Complete Assignment as indicated below. When completed click ASSIGN button. Your completed assignments for the week will appear as below. Individual plans can be edited by clicking on the plan. 7

8 5. Reporting To generate your own reports for your organization, choose Report (1) on the left-side menu on the main TracDash screen and then select your Group Name (2) from the list to the right. A page will load with total stats for your Group or Organization, as well as a breakdown for each employee. Specific time period, simply choose Date from and Date to from the calendars. Here you can see how many plans were activated per employee, and how many hours, hours per plan, and kilometers were logged for each of them for the time period chosen 8

9 To export all of the information from this screen, simply click the EXPORT button at the top right and TracDash will create and download a spreadsheet that you can view in Microsoft Excel. GRAPHICAL REPORTS At the end of each month, Antris calculates all of your totals such as active members, plans created, mileage and hours spent on trips, and reach within the community that is then used to generate reports. To view graphic reports simply click the GRAPHICAL REPORT button at the top right on TracDash. Click the Heat Map image This video report shows the accumulating Community visits by the organization for a 15 month period. 10

11 6. Managing Groups Adding New Divisions and Groups Log on to TracDash Click GROUPS on the far left Click the red CREATE NEW GROUP button top right Name the Group or Division and add a 4-character code (optional) In Type: select either Division of Group only In Parent select the Organization or Division the New Group is to be assigned to. Click CREATE GROUP Adding New Members Log on to TracDash and select the Group you want to Manage. Click the REGISTER NEW MEMBER button. Select the Role for the Member. Members can be made Managers here allowing access to Tracdash Postal Code indicates their usual departure location if required. If the Member has a Esri ArcGIS login check the box If the Member will be an Emergency Responder check the box. Click Add the Member. Click SEND INVITE. New member will receive instruction on completing their registration. Select or Change Emergency Contacts Emergency Contact can be selected for Organizations, Divisions, Groups and Members. If a Plan goes into Emergency Status, the Emergency Contacts contacted will be the users Members, Groups, Divisions, Organization All Emergency Contacts are editable at the top right of the Organization, Division, Group or Member pages in Tracdash. 3 Emergency contact are required but contacts may be duplicated. If an Emergency Contact is away or unreachable, replace them with another Emergency Contact. Non-staff, Non-registered member Emergency Contacts can be setup for you by Antris. Contact hello@antris.com and provide the Group name, contacts name, and cell number. 11

12 A final Crisis Contact can be added. This is usually an organizations internal security officer or a third party security services provider. Alert and Emergency Notification Intervals are editable on Edit Group page on TracDash. Edit Group Panel 12

13 7. Escalating Alert & Emergency Response Escalation Timing can be adjusted for your organization in Edit Group section on Tracdash. 13
