It offers you more than just a brand new extranet, as it has also enabled us to review and streamline all our service processes. It can speed up our response times, increasing accuracy, raising productivity and allowing us to be much more pro-active. We are now be able to offer you a much faster and more efficient service. We have designed Wealth Interactive to let you manage your clients as efficiently as possible. You can still contact our offices whenever you want but now you ll also be able to manage all your Old Mutual International business remotely if you prefer. So you and your clients can enjoy the benefits of having investments with us driven by our new, finely-tuned engine. Wealth Interactive alerts you to key events, such as an account starting or a client surrender value request, so you ll always be kept aware and can take action if needed. INSTANT AUDIT TRAIL Wealth Interactive can help reduce the risks in your business and supports your compliance procedures by providing a clear trail of the actions on a client s account. It achieves this through a detailed transaction and payment history, together with a store of client documentation and correspondence. FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN ONE PLACE With Wealth Interactive, everything you need to manage your Old Mutual International clients is stored together. You can access all the information, records and documents you need, quickly and easily, secure in the knowledge that they re up to date. The system is client-centric, so you only need to enter your client details once; then you can access and use them whenever you want. For example, you could create a risk profile, request an illustration or apply for a new account. Each client s history* and all their documents will be attached to this record, so you only have to search once to find everything you need. *All existing Portfolio Bond policies were switched over to Wealth Interactive on 28 October 2014 and therefore it does not store any account information for these policies before this date. 4

Wealth Interactive is very intuitive and straightforward to use, but we will provide a dedicated E-business Specialist to help you start using the system and answer any questions you or your colleagues may have. 6 CLIENT ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS Client administration is quick, secure and efficient, with a clear audit trail. CLIENT SET-UP AND APPROVAL for individual applications only (corporates and corporate trusts will not be enabled for client set-up). Wealth Interactive is client-centric you only need to input client information once. Time delays and requests for additional information during the client set-up process are dramatically reduced. Wealth Interactive allows you to capture all the information that s required when it s required. NEW BUSINESS AND TOP-UP APPLICATIONS* *individual investors only: due to the complexities involved in corporate and trustee investment, it is not currently possible for these types of clients to apply online through Wealth Interactive. However, once the business is live, your corporate and trustee clients will be given access to Wealth Interactive, so they will then be able to monitor their investment online and enjoy the many other benefits of this service. New business applications and top-ups can be done online and all information that s input is automatically validated. So if information is missing, you ll be told straight away. This reduces the margin for error and removes the potential for unnecessary delays. You only need to input the information that s required, and you don t have to worry about postal delays especially important if your client is overseas. TRANSACTION HISTORY You can instantly see an account level transaction history which will show all transactions and unit movements over a given period. You can use the transaction history to check when deals were placed, when top-ups were processed, and see when charges were deducted, where they were deducted from and how much was deducted. CLIENT DOCUMENT LIBRARY VALUATIONS The client document library provides a single secure location for your clients correspondence. This paperless solution allows you to access the documents you need, quickly and easily, whenever you need them. You no longer need to phone Old Mutual International for a valuation, as up-to-date valuations are available on Wealth Interactive in PDF format.* * Subject to the dealing time and pricing cycle of each of the assets held. PRE-SALE AND EXISTING BUSINESS ILLUSTRATIONS You can produce both pre-sale and post-sale illustrations whenever you need them, rather than having to request them from Old Mutual International. You can produce multiple pre-sale illustrations for a client and then choose the appropriate one to turn into a new investment application. ALERTS We will proactively send key information to you when you need to know about it, for example, if a client deals or surrenders their account. A wide range of alerts are available with Wealth Interactive. Mandatory alerts deliver key information such as the approval and submission of a new piece of business. CONFIGURABLE ALERTS Configurable alerts are also available and you can choose which of these alerts to receive. You can set various parameters to trigger each alert. For example, you may like to know if a specific client asset has moved by more than a certain percentage. We can even remind you if one of your client's birthdays is coming up. With both optional and mandatory alerts, you can choose whether to receive notifications or not. The alerts facility gives you more control and visibility. 6

7 INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT Wealth Interactive gives you a comprehensive range of investment tools, offering easy, instant access to in-depth information, and helps you to provide clients with rich insight into recommended assets. ASSET RESEARCH DEALING Our comprehensive asset research capabilities use financial data provided by Morningstar, a trusted independent leader in the market. You can research assets using a wide range of customisable search criteria. With a wide asset choice, the dealing process can be complicated. Wealth Interactive makes the process as easy and as intuitive as possible. You can place deals on behalf of your clients quickly and securely online. There are also helpful system warnings which provide you with important information on dealing deadlines and tell you whether a new instruction will compromise an existing one. For example, if you sell an asset from which charges/ withdrawals are deducted, you will be prompted to instruct a replacement asset for charge deductions or withdrawals. BULK DEALING Bulk dealing is an easy and efficient way to place deals across a group of clients at the same time. The bulk dealing process means you only need to make the investment strategy changes at portfolio level. Wealth Interactive gives you the flexibility to apply those changes to only the clients that you want, saving you time and reducing the margin for error. RISK PROFILING AND ASSET ALLOCATION TOOLS Wealth Interactive gives you access to our risk profiling and asset allocation tool which has been used by advisers for a number of years. Once you have completed the risk profile questionnaire with your client, a risk score will be produced which allows you to have a risk discussion with your client. You can then build a portfolio using an asset allocation provided by Old Mutual International that matches the level of risk your client is willing and able to take. PORTFOLIO BUILDING AND LINKING POLICIES TO PORTFOLIOS Our comprehensive portfolio building tool allows you to build a portfolio using the optimised asset allocations provided by Old Mutual International or by creating your own asset allocations. The portfolio can be published within your business account, streamlining the new business process and providing efficiencies when dealing on an individual or bulk basis. You can manage groups of policies en masse by linking the policies to the relevant portfolio. Managing portfolios and your clients policies in this way provides greater efficiency. PORTFOLIO AND FUND X-RAY REPORTING Morningstar s X-Ray tool analyses your clients portfolios of investment holdings. The report s principal result is transparency; the X-Ray tells you what proportions of a client s assets are invested in equities, different sectors, regions, styles or countries. You can also find out whether the client is indirectly exposed to the same stock in different fund holdings, how much of their assets are invested in a particular stock or what the fundamental ratios look like within the portfolio of holdings. The reports are available in PDF format. 7

8 INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT Wealth Interactive gives you a comprehensive range of investment tools, offering easy, instant access to in-depth information, and helps you to provide clients with rich insight into recommended assets. ADVISER DASHBOARD The innovative adviser dashboard allows you to build a customised homepage showing the headline news of your Old Mutual International business, giving you immediate access to the information you need most frequently, or that is most important to you and your business. The system is extremely flexible, so you can change what you see on your dashboard whenever you want to. Key information includes: total account value business overview performance information total account client cash flow latest activity quick actions menu. total fees pipeline business information 8

THIS ENABLES YOUR CLIENTS TO BECOME MORE INVOLVED WITH THEIR INVESTMENTS. The adviser and client sites are perfectly synchronised; information is pushed through from one to the other, so you are both instantly alerted to each other s activity on the client s account. For example, we can let you know if a client requests a full surrender value or places a deal instruction (assuming they haven t delegated their investment authority to a fund adviser). This facilitates seamless communication between you and your clients, and helps you work in close partnership together. 10 CLIENT DASHBOARD The Wealth Interactive secure client site is intuitive and easy to navigate. It brings clients closer to their wealth by highlighting key information about their account and giving them quick access to the latest activity, including applications and deal approvals. It also provides help and guides to ensure they can make the most of the site. The simple What would you like to do today? menu allows clients to: manage their personal and account details get valuations create or update withdrawals deal, if they want to, following advice from you. MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DETAILS It s quick and easy for clients to update their own personal details, such as a change of address or change of bank details. VALUATIONS Clients no longer need to phone you for a valuation. Up-to-date valuations will be available in PDF format as and when they need them*. Clients can also view current and historical quarterly valuations online. * Subject to the dealing time and pricing cycle of each of the assets held. DEALING The complex process of placing a deal has been made as easy and as intuitive as possible. Clients no longer have to rely on faxed or posted dealing instructions and can now place deals online directly via Wealth Interactive. We do, however, encourage clients to discuss any deals with their financial adviser first. This service is not available to clients who have delegated their investment authority to a fund adviser. CORRESPONDENCE HISTORY The client document library provides a single secure location where client correspondence can be stored and accessed quickly and easily. ALERTS OF KEY INFORMATION AND TRANSACTIONS Your clients are kept informed of important information about their account. Through their online service account they can track progress of transactions. The service will alert them when transactions are complete, when new documents are available or when you need them to approve a particular instruction. MANAGEMENT OF ACCOUNT DETAILS Clients can instruct us online if they want to withdraw some of their investment, change income arrangements or surrender their account in full. Whatever they instruct us to do, you will be alerted instantly so you know exactly what s going on. 10
