2 LUBRIZOL TRANSARABIAN COMPANY LIMITED SAUDI ARABIA (Jan 2011 March 2013) Worked as Manager Operations and QHSE, where my Key Performance Indicators are: Management and leadership of Plant operations and facilities which includes lubricant additive oil receipts through bulk marines and storages in main tanks, deliveries through drum and tank truck. Management and leadership of blending operations of various lubricant additives as per Lubrizol s LAIs. Recommend daily adjustment to process parameters to maximize production as per plan. Meet production plans, plant reliability and profitability based on process performance and laboratory results. Responsible for implementing terminal safety including procedures, quality and work instructions, terminal internal auditing with regard to quality and safety and work productivity. Ordering of all terminal operational spares and materials, the planned maintenance of the terminals including jetty and pipeline inspections. Develop and review scope of work, project proposal and detail of design for plant modification projects. NATIONAL PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRIAL COMPMANY SAUDI ARABIA: (May 2008 Dec 2010) Worked as Stock Control Specialist at NATPET Jeddah, where my Key Performance Indicators are: Co-ordinate with different users to ensure accuracy of data collection, therefore the SAP master data is correct. Determine the stock levels to ensure optimum stockholding is maintained in line with the required service levels. Identify the causes of excess in stocks and initiate actions to prevent recurrence. Contribute in managing the MRP output to ensure Planned Orders are correctly processes and converted to relevant and accurate Purchase. Follow up with Procurement department regarding the Purchase Requisitions to ensure effective process. Process the cycle count process broken down by category to ensure adjustment of discrepancies and coordinate with W/H specialists in this regards. PAKISTAN STATE OIL COMPANY LIMITED: (Feb 2003 April 2008) Worked in Operations Department as Depot Incharge Lalpir Depot, where my achievements are: Management and leadership of Terminal operations and facilities which includes fuels receipts and transfers through piping networks, SCADA operated storage tanks, tank truck filling gantries, tank wagon decantation facilities, heavy duty Boiler operation, heat exchanger operations, heavy duty pump operation with more than 100 number of staff management with high level of HSSE standards.
