Reaction to changes in the model External influences such as new orders, confirmations and malfunctions require short-term adjustments to the production plan. The scheduling algorithms should react continuously and automatically and repair faults in a short time. The adjustments must only have limited local effects in order to ensure that the schedule changes can be implemented and accepted. Otherwise, the system should propose the necessary adjustments to the planner. The monitoring of the production is therefore taken over by the planning system and not by the planning operator as before

Reaction to changes in the model How can circumstances and conditions be changed to improve the planning outcome? Suggest changes in the model Production bottlenecks, delays and idle times can often be eliminated by adjustments in the physical production system increase of machine capacities requalification and disposition of workers changes in material flow The planning system has a feedback function that autonomously provides suggestions for such changes and an evaluation of their effects

Reaction to changes in the model How can circumstances and conditions be changed to improve the planning outcome? Suggest changes in the model How can the planning model be continuously improved? Synchronization of production and model Deviations between the actual production processes / parameters and the model used by the scheduling algorithm are to be detected and quantified. This enables a continuous synchronization between the real and the virtual factory used in the planning system. More precise planning with less configuration and maintenance effort for the user

10 Titelmasterformat Partner/Customer-Connect durch Klicken as addon bearbeiten Client Server Database Data Interfaces Planning GANTTPLAN-Service UI Connect Configuration-App Configuration-App Independent application that supports the determination of project-specific requirements (scope of functions, interfaces, training requirements and project expenditure) for GANTTPLAN. The goal of the application is to systematize and reduce the determination of individual requirements. Feature-Configuration-Interface Project-specific requirements determine which standard features are available for modelling and planning in the project with the aim of simplifying the UI and thus more targeted (faster) project implementation. Style-Configuration Controls the individual appearance of the GANTTPLAN web client and provides icons, logos, colors, fonts, etc.. Data-Interface Data interface for communication between the partner applications and the GANTTPLAN service. Alternatively, an already existing standard interface can be configured. Deployment GANTTPLAN-Web The partner deployment is provided by GANTTPLAN incl. Partner-Connect, adapted for the target environment of the partner applications
